What Would You Expect/Like To See When It Comes To Mods?

With Sonic Generations coming for PC, the potential for modding is incredible. With Sonic Generations, the true creativity of the fan base can be shown.

So anyway, what would you expect/like to see when it comes to the mods?

Well this is something I've been thinking about. It was inspired from the 'Make a Sonic Stage' thread. Maybe the Sonic Stadium can participate and bring their own ideas for levels and we can bring them all together in Mod called 'Classic Sonic: The Lost Levels'

I already made up one Stage, it's call 'Sunset Shore Zone' It's trope is tropical sunset and it's supposed to strike a resemblance to Green Hill Zone. Just give me some time and I can show you the level design I drew out so far.

I would like a WISYWIG level editor that allows you to import 3D models and make them into solid assets. That being unreasonable, i'd like to see levels directly ripped from older sonic games to be playable, which would test the unleashed engine's meat and fit generations perfectly.

Considering it has been shown a number of times already, classic in modern and vice versa are highly likely to be mods, as well as those that enable homing attack and make spindash work in 3D, both of which for Classic et cetera. Better yet, make spindash work and map it to the boost's button in MODERN GAMEPLAY. MUHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Realistically? Physics changes and voice patches for Ryan Drummond and/or Jason Griffith fans like the Ryan Drummond/Roger Craig Smith ones they made for Brawl. And awful-looking texture mods.

Swap Sonics is a given. I'm sure they'll make the assists playable as well.

Hm...... That being said, I expect to see levle mods. (GHZ to EHZ, Crisis City to Lava Reef... and if it's not DLC, then a full Casino Night Zone)

I'm surprised no one has mentioned hacking levels they WISHED had been in the game into it. Like recoloring some things in Green Hill Zone and possibly making the water look like cloud and having a decent Hill Top Zone...bad example, but I think you know what I mean.

Mario Unleashed.

Best selling mod (lolwut) ever.

Make it happen, modders. I want boosting Star Marios, and wereplumbers in my Generations. Do it.

Nothing because I don't expect a PC version to come out in the first place.

Why? There's so much evidence supporting the PC version. Although it does seem strange that Sega hasn't said anything yet.

I guess we'll have to wait to see if there's an official reveal, if there is one.

Ok, well.. when it comes to Generations hacking, I do indeed expect the following:

-Every other Sonic Character ever

-every other Classic Sonic character ever

-every Sonic fan character ever

-Mario.

Here's a bit of the level design for Sunset Shore Zone, I'll upload the original pen and paper version, but this is what I have so far, and forgive me for the shitty nature of the drawing I used MMS Paint and I was in a rush

Anyway

*After Sonic exits the S-pipe the latch is supposed to come down with the spring attached to it
