I may be able to understand the first one, as it looks like just a generic tank, although those gun positions are pretty much identical... but how the hell did they ever think they could get away with ripping off the Bonecruncha? Plagiarism, pure and simple. For shame, Phenomic, and for shame EA for your lawyers' failure to spot this blatant copying. Somebody get Games Workshop on the line, there's a lawsuit in this!

I see this for the new online Command & Conquer game.

I know not every idea is always 100% original, but the resemablaces are uncanny! Posted Image

EDIT: Seriously If I won a shit ton of money say 100 Billion pounds I would buy back the C&C series and give it to someone who actually cares about this seires because EA in recent seem to have fun ruining it.

The proportions of the Bandeblade's guns (as well as pretty much every gun in 40K) are partly derived from the need for them to be thick enough to maintain some semblance of strength at the tiny scale they use in their models. The World War 1 style treads are also fairly uncommon within other franchises that are meant to be serious. It's a ripoff.

So are they seriously trying to pass this stuff off as something from Command and Conquer? This really strikes me as them throwing in more factions so they'll have more crap to sell.

According to an article the tanks won't be appearing in the final product. Damn they dodged a bullet! Posted Image
