Best Non-Glitch Based Full Game Speedruns

Remember, full game (not just individual levels) speedruns, has to be a Sonic game (seen one too many Metroid speedruns in my day, and this is a Sonic forum), and the speedrunner cannot exploit glitches. I'll make an xception if s/he does it like, once, but in general sticks to what the developers planned.

I'm interested, what Sonic games should I make runs of besides Genesis Sonic 1 and 2?
Up to you.

I've never understood why people say things like, "No glitch-speedrun." Why wouldn't you want glitches? They're part of the game.
Glitch Speed Runs and Non-Glitch Speed Runs should be classified in two separate categories really. For example, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time can be beat in an Hour and a half and Majora's Mask can be beat under Two Hours. The problem? The player is practically skipping over 80% of the entire game using exploits...
While it's really cool to watch, there are times where I'd want to see someone actually beat each individual temple using fair tactics, and not just Bomb Hovering to an unclipped wall and then jumping to a Scripted Exit that automatically warps you to the boss room.
Also, speed running with and without glitches require different types of skill (whether if it's learning each individual part of a level, or mastering an incredibly hard technique to skip a part of the level). For a Sonicy example, you have this example for City Escape, where the Bounce Bracelet physics can be whored out to skip major sequences, but some of us want to see those skipped sequences done expertly. You also have this for an example in Final Rush. I think the video pretty much speaks for itself...
...then again, I'm also horribly inconsistent when performing SuperSlides, Megaflips and such, so I wouldn't stand a chance in a real OoT/MM glitch Speed Run, which I imagine would be why some of us would want to see a Non-Glitch Speedrun.

Up to you.
I see, well can't pick, so lets pick via poll
Sonic 1 (Genesis version on Sonic Classics cartridge or Wii VC)
Sonic 2 (Genesis version on cart)
Sonic 3 (cart or Wii)
S&K (cart and Wii)
Sonic CD (via Gems Collection)
Knuckles Chaotix (32X)
Generations (X360)
I do have Mega Collection and Gems Collection though for the others.
Now once the game is picked, all Chaos Emeralds or no emeralds?

Yeesh, having a hard time picking between Generations and CD
Though regardless of selection, no Emeralds.

These are some of my best times if interested, but I already sent the tape, so I can't fully prove them anymore. Considering the above, I'm not aware if these are good times for bugless runs.
