So scientists have been being buttholes and using their wits to make mice even smarter than they already are, give this a quick read:

http://www.hyperthou.../HTI/PGMice.htm

So, what would your reaction be if genius mice were actually released into the wild? You know mice breed and reproduce at an astounding rate, this guy says that they could potentially take over the world or become smart enough to fight humans for dominance. Do you agree? What do you think?

Can we have a journal reference to this? One thing that my time at Uni has taught me is that you should always look for peer-reviewed journal articles before saying anything.

It'd be terrifying to have mice rising up like that in my opinion, I can't tolerate regular ones let alone ones that can trick me into locking myself out of my own house.

Something tells me parents wouldn't be lining up to take their kids to GASM.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one who basically thought "Secret of NIMH" when I read the article.

If breeding is that much of a concern, I'm sure the scientists are probably sterilising them as a precaution. Seems like the kinda obvious thing to do.

I would totally love to see them give animals a human form. It would basically mean making Neo-Earth from Las Lindas real!
