Sounds like he has gone nuts, not a terrorist. BBC have only just started to report on it even though Sky News has been reporting for quite awhile now.Posted Image

Since I'm at work, I've only been able to get fragmented information. At this stage it's really hard to know what to believe; like with any breaking shock news story, you get multiple sources saying different things. Some places are saying it's just 'stuff thrown out of a window', and yeah, others are saying it's a hostage/ bomb situation.

I have to head past the area on the way home today (on the underground, thankfully). D:

Do we have a concrete idea of what's actually happening yet?

Most newspapers (The Telegraph, The Guardian etc) are saying it's a hostage situtation and a nutjob with a bomb. I think it was Sky News who said there were police snipers in position.

All I know is that MBA literary agents and Huffington Post offices have been evacuated and are closed for the rest of the day.

It could be true, but I can't believe anything that comes out of a newspaper. Based on my observations, they use fear to sell there crap. So they'll always say the worst...

I believe its just one guy who lost it because he failed is HGV licence again, though I am sure they must be more underlying issues than just that for him to just lose it. Posted Image

EDIT: A man has been arrested and no hostages were found.

I love this bit:

Abby Baafi, 27, the head of training and operations at Advantage, a company which offers HGV courses, said the man had targeted her offices and had held four men hostage. She told The Huffington Post UK: "He just turned up, strapped up in gasoline, gasoline cylinders. Basically he threatened to blow up the offices. Says he doesn't care about his life, doesn't care about anything."

"He was specifically looking for me but I said 'My name's not Abby' and he let me go."

Nobody, and I mean nobody here in the UK uses the term 'gasoline'. It's petrol! D:

I find that odd since this was a UK incident and the website the article is from is UK-based.
