[Stardust Speedman]

I have created a list of Sonic platformer games and have tried to rate them as well as I could. Games that I have rated with ??? are games that I either have not played at all or have not played enough to rate them properly. I have also written a short comment for the games that I have rated. I'd love to see your lists too!

001. Sonic the Hedgehog 16-Bit - 9.5 !!!I have endless love for this game!!!
002. Sonic the Hedgehog 8-Bit - 8.5 !!!Most levels here are pretty interesting!!!
003. Sonic the Hedgehog 2 8-Bit - 9 !!!Really good levels and a good challenge!!!
004. Sonic the Hedgehog 2 16-Bit - 6.5 !!!Has its moments but is overally quite boring with bad enemy/trap placement and not very good special stages!!!
005. SEGASonic the Hedgehog - 6.5 !!!Cool little diversion but not on a par with a true Sonic game!!!
006. Sonic the Hedgehog CD - 9.5 !!!I love the time travel mechanic and wish to see it some time again in a Sonic game. Also the special stages are the best and the
level design, although a bit too easy, is some of the best in any platform game, with Wacky Workbench probably beeing my all-time favorite level!!!
007. Sonic Chaos - ???
008. Sonic the Hedgehog Spinball 16-Bit - 8 !!!Definitely the best pinball game ever!!!
009. Sonic the Hedgehog Spinball 8-Bit - ???
010. Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles - 10 !!!This is the only Sonic game so far that is in my opinion perfect in pretty much every single way!!!
011. Sonic Triple Trouble - ???
012. Knuckles' Chaotix - 6.5 !!!Really fun in 2-player mode but other than that quite bland!!!
013. Tails Adventures - ???
014. Sonic Labyrinth - ???
015. Sonic 3D Blast - 7.5 !!!Awesome music with quite good levels but uninteresting special stages. Also does not feel quite like a true Sonic game!!!
016. Sonic Blast - 3.5 !!!This is the only Sonic game so far that I hate in every single way!!!

017. Sonic Adventure - 6.5 !!!Too few Sonic-style stages and way too easy but still pretty cool!!!
018. Sonic Pocket Adventure - ???
019. Sonic Adventure 2 - 8 !!!If only there were more Sonic-style stages!!!
020. Sonic Advance - 6 !!!Despite Egg Rocket Zone beeing quite cool, this is a pretty bland game with bad enemy/trap placement!!!
021. Sonic Advance 2 - 6 !!!Despite having superb boss-fights and a smooth flow, this is a pretty bland game!!!
022. Sonic Heroes - 6.5 !!!A very mixed bag but overally enjoyable!!!
023. Sonic Advance 3 - 6 !!!Despite Angel Chaos Zone being incredably awesome, this is a pretty bland game with bad enemy/trap placement!!!
024. Sonic Rush - 8.5 !!!Pure adrenaline-rush with awesome music!!!
025. Shadow the Hedgehog - 8.5 !!!The most underrated game of all time!!!
026. Sonic Rivals - ???
027. Sonic the Hedgehog 2006 - 5.5 !!!Has some good intensions and I like the story but has bad level design and is very poorly executed!!!
028. Sonic and the Secret Rings - 8.5 !!!Probably the most challenging Sonic game ever with fresh game mechanics and admirably deep costumization options. If only it
wasn't rushed so much! Oh, and it had been way better if the game was on PC with mouse-controls instead of the clunky Wii-controls!!!
029. Sonic Rush Adventure - 8.5 !!!Pure adrenaline-rush with awesome music!!!
030. Sonic Rivals 2 - ???
031. Sonic Unleashed SD - ??? (Guess: 3.5 - 6) !!!Seems to be extremely bland!!!
032. Sonic and the Black Knight - ??? (Guess: 3.5 - 6) !!!If only they had sticked to the Secret-Rings-formula and improved upon it!!!

033. Sonic Unleashed HD Adventure Packed - 8 !!!Next time no werehog please and a bit more veriaty in level design but with the same amount of challenge present in
this game and its DLC-levels!!!
034. Sonic Colors DS - 7 !!!Not as interesting as the Sonic Rush games and not very good music!!!
035. Sonic Colors Wii - ??? (Guess: 5.5 - 8) !!!Seems to be a bit bland and rushed with recycled level elements!!!
036. Sonic Generations HD - 7.5 !!!Great game but way to easy with no real score system and a somewhat disappointing list of elected levels!!!
037. Sonic Generations 3DS - ??? (Guess: 3.5 - 6) !!!Seems to be extremely bland!!!

Sonic the Hedgehog 4
Episode I - 5.5 !!!The fact that this is called Sonic the Hedgehog 4 is insulting but at least in this episode you can see some tiny efforts in level design,
especially in Lost Labyrinth Zone. Also, the music is insulting to the Sonic franchise!!!
Epidose II - 5 !!!This game is almost void of any love and care. It's arguably better than Sonic Blast and does have some moments but that doesn't say much at
all and is worlds below expectations for a game that is named Sonic the Hedgehog 4. The music is just as bad as in the first episode!!!
