It's not SEGA doing it, it's Microsoft. In fact most of the leaks in the last few years have been due to Microsoft's services rather than SEGA's.

Still, the fact that they've constantly been posting and pulling the page just screams that Sega obviously has such a port underway. I wonder what's taking them so long. The franchise's 21st anniversay could had been a great time to announce the port, considering that SA2 was originally released on that day and it was the game's 11th anniversary (it doesn't help that the page was originally posted around that time).

So it has offline 1-2 multiplayer. Online would've beem cool but I'm fine with this.

I wouldn't dwell on it, I don't think theres ever been any screenshots of rouge when they were announcing Battle.

Doubt it. there would be no purpose to leave 1 up if every other one in the world is blocked for the time being.

True MS owns the site but who do you think is ordering them to pull the pages? I still blame SEGA for not double checking all of MS's xbox.com marketplace global pages.

Honest to god though I just stumbled upon this page on pure accident. I was looking for the direct url to the pics actually to see if they were pulled yet and a google search led me there. So I guess if it wasn't for me bringing it up it would've still been buried to the world.

Whilst SEGA should take some small portion of blame for the leaks, it's clear that it's mainly Microsoft's fault as they should not have put up the SA2 page without SEGA's permission.

You could forgive and forget one error, but as Microsoft has made several leaks it's no longer a laughing matter. If I was the head of SEGA I would be furious with Microsoft. Should legal action be taken again them-a bit extreme I know but still Microsoft is a professional company and their leaks make them look bad. I don't see Sony leaking Sonic games. Whatever the history between Sony and SEGA over the S3&K not being on PS3/PSN problem, Sony are showing themselves in a far better light than Microsoft is right now.

I do get the feeling that had Microsoft not fucked up, that SEGA would have revealed SA2 by now.

All global Xbox pages use the same server for their picture storage. Thing is though it looks like this page wasn't updated like the others to hold the other 5. So this page is outdated but still proves SA2 is coming.

Just a wild idea but have you guys ever thought that maybe all these xbox.com leaks happen because maybe theres a Sonic fan on the inside trying to tell us something?!

So taking into account time:# of pages ratio we can assume that Sega will probably announce SA2 re-release somewhere at the end of July-beginning of August.
