I'm 16 and I love cartoons. Every now and then I'll watch Spongebob (if it's an ep from season 1-3), and I like to look at some old cartoons from Cartoon Network On Demand if I got nothing else to watch. I also like watching Adventure Time, though I usually don't find myself watching the actual broadcasts on Cartoon Network. I usually stick to DVDs or on demand for kids' cartoons. Thankfully, though, I have a very nice group of friends that can appreciate kid-friendly entertainment.
Though most often, it's the more adult-oriented cartoons I keep coming back to. If I'm just eating lunch or doing some drawing, I'll play some old Simpsons episodes, South Park, Home Movies, etc.
My favorite cartoons are usually from the 90s and early 2000s, but every now and then I'll look at some older ones. Tom and Jerry in particular is probably my favorite "old" cartoon (yes, more than Looney Tunes). I've never seen cartoon violence done so well before or since.
I think my love for cartoons comes goes hand-in-hand with the fact that I want to make cartoons myself some day, so I'm always looking for inspiration in shows old and new.
