Anyone else a fan of my fishing levels?

Ah Sonic adventure..... One of the first Sonic games I've ever played. It's fun. Some might think it's overrated and that it hasn't aged well. And I can agree with them. In all honesty it was a very buggy and poorly designed game.

But Me and his fishing levels changed all of that.

They were awesome. My fishing levels are the pinnacle of video gaming.

Those levels have consistency and variety.

And the fishing mechanic is brilliantly designed, lots of fun. Even better if you have a dreamcast fishing controller.

You could control me and roam around the wide area you're given and start fishing any time you want. Your objective would be to catch froggy, but there's a lot more to these levels than that. There was a great diversity of fish, all of different shapes and sizes. You don't know how many hours I put into these levels. They had so much replay value.

And the music....so gud...

So....Is anyone else a fan of these levels?

I absolutely love your levels. They are awesome, and helped make SA1 a better experience than it already was. We needed those levels back in SA2, and every mainstream console game after that. Especially in '06. You would've been the best character playable in the game.

Lol. Big, you somehow amaze me.

The pinnacle of gaming. Games like Ocarina of Time and Sonic CD don't light a figure towards this gem of excellent gaming.

(I don't think I need to say it, I'm just kidding. They sucked and my only major complaint in Adventure)

One of the best games ever. Even Miyamoto shed some manly tears while fishing. Even though is was the worst part of the game.

Meanwhile, I'll be using maybe 45 minutes of my time playing Big's story.

I need some fish for tonight.

Fishing... meh.

Seriously, they're some of the most boring tasks I've ever had to do in a game, Sonic and otherwise. I've honestly has more fun playing Sonic Labyrinth than I ever did fishing.

From the main page of the board, I expected the topic to be "Anyone else a fan of my fists".

Which would have been a lot better than what we got.

lol you people have a poor taste in games.

We have a poor taste in games for not liking the worst designed levels in Sonic Adventure, and probably the whole series overall?

Can I point out that the fishing controller doesn't even work on the Big levels in SA?

Yes, I have a dreamcast fishing controller.

Yes, at the time I was crushed by this not working. ):
