Shame it's Sonic the Fighters though.

Nothing too interesting, but you can't see Honey, Metal or Eggman on the character select. Unless, are they just screenshots of the original game by any chance?

That and Fighters Vipers and Virtual-On is mine. I haven't even downloaded 'Hell Yeah!' or 'V5: Final Showdown' yet, my wallet is hurting. You know what else, Virtua Fighter 2 and Virtual-On look a lot better than I remember seeing them before online. Probably either gave them extra polish or they really are ported straight from the Model 2 versions instead of the Saturn; or are they the PS2 versions? If they went through the trouble of properly implementing the extra characters like Honey, do you think there's a chance 'Sunset Town' is an unlockable stage as well?

And fuck yeah, I'm stoked for an SSMB StF/Championship tournament.
