Imminently? Does that mean soon? And by the way, what month of Spring does SEGA usually announce a new game in?

Imminently would mean very soon yes, next week or so (IF the TSS rumour is legit).

 

SEGA usually announces games in April or May though.

Yes that means soon. The rumour said the announcement would come in the middle of February, and that's where we're at. I'm willing to give it until the end of the month until we finally quash it though.

I hope they announce it this month...I feel like I'm getting less and less interested in Sonic as time goes on, but I guess it's just because the last main game was in 2011.

Can someone confirm that this is not a hoax? if its not well, that could be a possible teaser, now it could be for ep3, or a sign that the next sonic game is the 3rd in the series, and has a playable knuckles, hmmmmmmmm

but then why wouldnt they have done say a sonic statue, or a little palm tree, or a couple rings? there are alternatives that would be more iconic, and just as easy to get or make, though spheres are pretty significant
