Official News · Posted on February 26, 2013 by Shadzter It appears SEGA’s UK-based Hardlight studio is working on another Sonic game for iOS called Sonic Dash following their last title Sonic Jump. In a few job advertisements for the studio posted this afternoon on LinkedIn, Sonic Dash is listed as one of their two recent successes, with Sonic Jump being the other game. SEGA has since removed the title, but luckily we screen-capped the information in the above image.Another job posting (seen in the image below) for the studio posted last week on February 21st only lists Sonic Jump under their recent projects.e>>What could this mysterious game be? We’ll keep an eye out for any more information. SEGA, why are you the king of leaks? Lucky I randomly decided to go on Twitter when I did and saw the SEGA Jobs tweets. They were pretty quick editing that out. Only took them about 40 minutes. Calm your tits. There's absolutely zero chance that this is the next main Sonic game. SEGA Hardlight is a small, UK based developer that makes silly little mobile games, ala Sonic Jump. Sonic Team over in Japan handles the main series. This is going to be a side title to the nth degree in the exact same manner that Jump is. Evidence and common sense prevail. There's also other clones that even use the Quick Step mechanic! If Sonic does a simple run and dodge game it won't be ripping off Temple Fail, it will be a simplified version of Sonic Rush/Unleashed. Wait...Sonic Dash... What's another famous fast animal?
