I am VERY happy that they decided to go all out with this after the lukewarm Yoshi DLC. Now I have anotHer reason to pop the game back in.

I'm glad the art isn't as puke-inducingly bright and colorful as the main game. Looks okay.

Dungeon looks really claustrophobic though.

I'm pretty darn excited for this, I especially like how they gave sonic the green tunic (looks really good on him), too bad you probably won't be able to use it in the main game though.

Yup. Don't regret my purchase in the least now!

 

For all the junk Sega got wrong with SLW, their DLC support for it surely murders the dearth of what Generations got.

I like to think the modding for the PC version kind of negates that, but I see your point. It definitely has more charm to it than a pinball table.

I need a high quality version of the artwork of Sonic in Link's outfit and I need it NOW!

 

Seriously, this looks good. Way too good. Will give me a reason to dig out Lost World again, at any rate!

I reckon Nintendo's probably funding the DLC, like they did the publishing costs in some regions. Otherwise, I don't think SEGA would have bothered with post-release DLC, just like with Generations and S&ASRT.

I ADORE that the main part is true free-roam, something that the main game sorely lacked, THIS is what Lost World should've been like.

By the way I checked the Press Site, nada. So maybe IGN actually got TRUE exclusiveity on the screen and art. :P


Also, now that both DLC will be out now, Sega NEED to add stickers to the cellophane advertising these (redoing the back print is better but can they fit them?), you look at the box and you'd NEVER know about these.
