Theres even a viral site... and it's incredible: http://www.hadoukencabs.com/

Source: http://www.vg247.com/2013/11/08/ps4-gets-bizarre-hadouken-cabs-viral-teaser-watch-it-here/

And thats pretty much it, even in the email they got it just said 'call Hadouken cabs 24/7'

And then this popped up.

As well as another viral site: http://ansiapreps4.com/

Anyone got any ideas!?

Current theory: "Sony are funding a new street fighter" aside from the audio clues in the video "Over 25 years experience" that would match street fighters age.

Yes, it's Street Fighter. I haven't even watched the videos and I can tell. How?

Well, if the Hadouken isn't the biggest clue, the phone number listed on the first video is "0830 1987 KO". The original Street Fighter released on October (08) 30th, 1987.

I love what they did with these, though I'm not really sure why they did this. It'd be stupid to even announce another Street Fighter game with Ultra right around the corner. It might also be another update to SF2, with all the music and sound effects, but that seems (And I hope it is) unlikely.

What if it's an Ultra next gen port?

I really can't think what it would be, but I'm pretty sure that second video is nothing to do with the first.

As for hadouken cabs, USF4 port seems like it might happen, but I'm pretty sure that game is still awhile away.

Street Fighter 5 seems unlikely too. But I guess if you look at past history capcom haven't been adverse to releasing a completely new game around the same time as an existing street fighter was out. Alpha and the SF3 series ran concurrently for a bit, too. So maybe it's an entirely new game (!?) or a spin off style fighter.

Or, due to the huge copyright date- Street Fighter complete collection?

The second video actually sounds related. The idea is there's a game show on Madrid where the PS4 will be available, and the video is training our hands to be ready for it. Which I dunno, "train hands to be ready at game" is a concept I normally see associated with fighting games.

No offence intended, but didn't you read my post? They've got no plans for a next-gen Street fighter and they're only dropping Ultra on this current gen+PC, so those 2 possibilities are out of the question.

Either way, maybe they could be working on another Vs game or a collection like you mentioned, and considering the #4thegamers at the end, the latter might actually be likely.

Another speculation idea is that it's just to raise hype for fighter, not Street fighter. #4thegamers is basically aiming for nostalgia I believe, and it'd be perfect to try and bring back Bloody Roar as an answer to Killer Instinct, as it was pretty popular on PS1. Another little tidbit of info to support this is that Eighting, the guys who made Bloody Roar 1, 2 and 3 were unable to help Capcom update games they've made for them or help develop new ones as they were busy working on other projects. It could be possible that one of the projects is a new Bloody Roar. Just an idea though.

No way it's Bloody Roar when the whole site is Hadouken/SF themed.

Also I don't trust Ono's "no next gen fighter" talk from awhile ago for as far as I can throw him and his Blanka toy, especially when you consider job listings like this http://www.siliconera.com/2013/10/24/capcom-hiring-game-designer-new-fighting-game/

Seems a little early to announce whatever that game is going to be, though.

While attending the Capcom Cup Asia finals, Capcom’s Yoshinori Ono mentioned that they are primed to make a new Ultra Street Fighter IV announcement next week. In typical Ono fashion, further hints were not divulged, leaving what they have ready to show off very much open to interpretation.

Hmmm

I had a short stay in Singapore, where I was able to enjoy the Asian final qualifying round. I’m flying back to Japan tonight! I also had crab cousine specialities. In america next week… Let’s do our best! I wonder if I’ll buy a PS4 to bring home…

HMMM
