Everytime when I log in then pick "Remember Me" option it doesn,t remember me. It is annoying. It never happen to me before. I recently switched my phone back to the one that I had before. It only happens if I exit the internet or take too long to type message. In fact it happened while I was typing this up!

I want to add that I not delete browser cookie history or whatever it be called there. It used to only ask me to log in again if I sign out or reset the browser cookie history. I not like repeatedly logging in because if I exit internet on phone or if I go to another web page. It annoying typing message for it to be all gone because the message "Sorry, you not have permission for that!" appears if you take too long to type message it!

I searched your phone to see if there were any options. the Sprint website says there are a few things you could try to do to fix issues with the Sanyo Innuendo Phone:

Troubleshoot common issues on your Sanyo Innuendo by Kyocera

Last Updated: Nov 16, 2013

Performing the following steps can help you resolve some of the more common device issues that you may experience on your Sanyo Innuendo™ by Kyocera.

  • Check and update device software
  • Update the device data profile
  • Power cycle your phone

Find and update your device software

Just like a computer, the software on your phone needs to be updated periodically to make sure you have all the latest fixes and enhancements to keep it running at optimal performance. Check your current version and perform any needed software updates.

Update the device data profile

If you are experiencing any data issues, we recommend performing a data profile update. This will refresh your data service parameters such as username and password and help clear out any memory issues that might be affecting your phone.

To update your profile:

  1. Select Home and press the Menu/OK key to access the Main Menu
  2. Select Settings > Others > Data > Update Data Profile
  3. The following message appears The Network is preparing your services. Please wait.
  4. Once the programming is complete, the following message will appear: Device configuration has completed.
  5. You may have to turn your phone off and back on again after programming is complete to clear any errors

Power cycle your phone

Power cycling is the simple act of turning your phone on and off. By power cycling your phone, you will be able to re-register your phone with the network, which may correct slow down issues, data connection issues, etc.

To power cycle your phone:

  1. Turn off your phone
  2. Remove the battery
  3. Reinstall your battery
  4. Turn your phone on

-Taken from Sprint's troubleshooting website

Also, if there are different web browser apps, try a different one. :).

Try this and tell me if any of it helps  smile.png

It is not remembering me again. There have been 3 messages I typed and was deleted because the same reasons above either exit internet or took too long to type it. I not know why it does that. It is annoying and stupid waste of time repeatedly being forced to log in every time you take too long to type message which is gone anyway in fact I going to send this now before it does that again.

I'm afraid I don't really have a solution for the problem itself, but until it's figured out you could write posts in a separate program/app and then paste them into the posting area, or you could type it, copy it into the clipboard, and then try posting. If it doesn't work or asks you to log in, you can paste it back in without losing anything, and try again.
