What phone do you have?

Do you have a phone? Then what kind? Brand? New, old?

Don't have a phone?! (What time you live in? Stone age??)

Haha, I bet anyone have a thing they use to contact the world today! laugh.png

Thinking of getting a new phone... Android definetly! smile.png

But not sure what's the best thing on the market today...

A big problem for me is to find a phone WITH qwerty today (phone with full hardware keyboard).

Since most of the producers who make these phones stopped making those, it's been hard finding new ones for todays update.

Right now I have a MK16i (and MK16a) Sony Xperia Pro modell (with qwerty). But this is starting to get kinda old, since it's from 2011. Not so fast anymore... unsure.png

Maybe I should drop qwerty... But it's kinda usefull in many ways!

Which phone is the best today? huh.png

Which is the most powerful?

A jungle of choices actually...

A Nokia Lumia 800. It's a good phone...too bad that it's a Windows phone.

It was only £100 so I just got it. I REALLY needed an upgrade.

I have an iPhone 5s, Silver. Funny story, I had an iPhone 5 Black in 2012 and late 2013, my dad had an upgrade. AT&T delivered him the wrong color of the phone (he wanted Slate Grey) and I told him why not swap phones instead. He doesn't know much about phones so he doesn't care about the A7/M7 chips and my iPhone 5 was in mint condition (was under a screen protector and case).

So we swapped. I prefer silver to "black" anyway.

This is going to be my phone for years to come, unless Apple releases a superb phone in future.  I love the look of the phone. <3

Now if only iOS 7.1 comes out...

Sony Xperia Z in Black, I wanted white because White Sony Products look fucking amazeballs like you have no idea, but the place I got my contract deal from didn't have it in White, just Black (Yum) and Purple (Ew, tacky) I also got a pair of top-end Sony Headphones for taking out the contract since I got the Z on release day, the Headphones had a RRP of £299 roughly $400+ so I could hardly say no.

What pisses me off though is not even 4 month later, Sony bring out the Z1 in White at my contract dealers place, part of me wishes I waited, but at the same time, it's a sexy piece of equipment, I'm a sucker for Sony Phones, as overpriced as they are..

Recently got a new Xperia M (Wanted a good, but cheap and low-end), it is a nice phone, though in comparison to the Moto G, it falls short on some minor specs differences, and most of all.. it has only 2GB of free storage, which cannot have apps move from it, leaving you behind unless you root and swap storage with an SD card, if you have one.

I think I have an LG lucid.....I don't know honestly just some random guy came up to my desk at work one day, I happened to mention to a coworker that my phone was janked and he just whipped it out and said he'd sell me it for $50. I told him $40, I was worried about it being stolen but I figured I'd take a chance because the phone I was using was just so on the fritz. Activated it, and it worked perfect. It's not the fanciest phone, but I got a good deal and I like it a lot. The only thing I dislike is it doesn't have a separate camera button so using it to take pictures is awkward, but I hardly ever take selfies anyways lool.

My favorite thing was customizing my home screen to look like this:

(Actually that's a super old pic, it looks much better now I'll update the picture when my phones not dead and halfway across the house)

iPhone 5C, 32 gigabytes, bought with my own money. It's pretty awesome, it's fast and it does what it needs to. I can put so much music on there compared to my old phone, it's pretty awesome.

I put all four Taylor Swift albums on it, so feel free to judge me :D

I guess I'll be the first (and perhaps the only) one to say that I have No phone. I don't have one and I don't want one. I have a landline, and due to e-mail and IRC, I can be reached in seconds if I'm near a computer (which I almost always am). So, I have no real need for one.

Also, simply due to circumstances and technically not through fault of the technology itself, I don't really like smartphones because I most often see them used by stupid people for stupid reasons (yay high school).

I have an LG Optimus L3 it's my first "smart phone" and it's actually pretty good. Really enjoying it so far. Just need to find a protective case/sleeve for it and a screen protector to keep dust from getting behind the screen.

I have a LG900G. It looks kinda like a Blackberry. It's a pay as you go phone, but it has a camera, full keyboard, mp3 player, and the ability for apps and web (which I never use because it costs minutes). It's not as powerful as a Blackberry, but it does everything I want it to do (make calls and texts, take pictures), so I don't complain ^_^

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2. I really like it because it's bigger than most phones, which makes it great for reading manga, forums, tumblr etc but it's not so big that it's awkward to text or call people on. I also got a cute Rilakkuma case for it and I like being able to customise the background etc, so what's not to love?

One of these absolute beauts'

2013-iphone5s-gold.png

An 16GB iPhone 5S in white/gold. I never, ever would have picked a gold model of my own choosing, this this was a Christmas present from my parents and frankly I think it's the nicest looking one out there. The gold is actually pretty muted, coming off as silver much of the time, but has a burst of colour that works nicely. So it's a good thing my parents decided to go for something unusual. They actually bought three of them- one for each of us three children, and the it's first time we've had Christmas presents in around a decade after we've been pretty broke for years. Couldn't possibly appreciate it any more. It'll take something pretty damn persuasive to make me move to Android, Windows or something else.

It's a lovely phone honestly, and a great power for games. The only issues are pretty obvious and shouldn't need spelling out, but they are the lack of physical buttons, and the very fact that it's a mobile device meaning that games are any combination of crap and designed to wring you out of money.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace, its not too bad as it serves its purpose as a decent phone with a fairly decent camera.

I have a Nokia Lumia 900.

Its good for videos and browsing the internet but don't ever buy one. It is Windows Phone 7 (an out of date operating system) and is around £200 - £300 pounds which is too expensive for a phone with little to no apps or games.

Do not buy it.

The only mobile phone that I ever had (to my knowledge) and only because it was given was a Sharp GX10 and only because I needed it for school and college for a pickup home, reading reviews now seemed that the phone was rubbish but back then having a colour screen for a mobile did seem like a big thing compared to the Nokia (I did use one I think) and Ericsson that were more popular at the time, the ringtone was the Donkey Kong Country theme (Jungle Japes). It hasn't worked for years and last time I used it Vodafone took all the credit off the phone. Before that I had a Siemens phone that was one of the first ever colour screens on a mobile phone way back in 2000 but that stopped working before I even got to use it for a call and that was my brother's originally so it doesn't count.

Right now, I have no phone. Well no mobile compared to the rest of the family. My mum has a Samsung Galaxy Y (only phone that has Android) and a LG flip phone, my dad has a Sony Ericsson K800i phone that he found one day outside where we live but doesn't use it. My family also had various phones through out the years including the Ericsson Coca-Cola model, a Motorola, various Nokias. I do have a landline phone in my bedroom and only because of the Internet.

As strange as it sounds, I feel the same way as in no need for a phone and don't want one. It is simply because I don't see a reason to have a phone even though completely understand why people want them. The main use is to contact people and have no one to talk to. People listen to music, not really into music and the types that I listen to many of them are emulated VG musics (such as VGM, ADX, SPC, NSF/PSF/DSF/SSF/2SF/GSF/USF, various streaming formats), oddball Amiga files or from the ROMs via Bridgem1. As for playing games, prefer to use a console or a handheld due to the choice of games and physical controls. In fact I feel really uncomfortable to use phones at all and rather not use them unless if I really really really have to. Doesn't help that my voice is all over the place making it hard to understand to some people.

iPhone 3GS. Got it from an eBay seller back on September 2010 second handed, by then the seller had it for a year, so technically my iPhone is currently 4 years 3 months old. Still works very well and the battery life is still up there, so I am pretty happy with how well the acquisition paid off.

Some of the current Apps may slow down its performance though, so in the end I'll have to upgrade it sometime soon.

I've got an iPhone 5c 16gb. Really nice phone actually, I was surprised. I had an iPhone 4 for two years before my contract expired in November, so this was a worthwhile update for me. Great power for games, feels more secure than my 4, looks nice and runs super smooth with all the features of new iDevices like Siri. Would recommend if you can find it for a decent price.

No more CrackBerry! Today my mom came from work giving me my early Birthday present to get me a Nexus 4! I'm not sure how it's like but it's nice to finally have a new phone!

This was a surprise.

Can I ask? What is a CrackBerry? Is it a BlackBerry that is cracked? Or a hacked BlackBerry or...
