SOME FAQ STUFF:

Spoiler
Q-Game Selection:

We have a games suggestions document down below designed for the purpose of suggesting games. How a game will be selected is a vote will be held every week, the system being Something New, or Rematch! Two games will be selected that SSMB hasn't played in Game Night yet, while Rematch! will be playing a previous game.

Q-Can I suggest a game?:

A-Yes! Just use the SSMB Game Night Document down below and we'll consider using it!

Q-Will there be awards?

Look above for Award Details

Q-Hosting Games

Most of the time, if the lobby is big enough, I'll be hosting. If we get more people than what one lobby allows, we'll be asking others to host another lobby.

Q-What night and time?

A- Game Night is now being held on Saturdays at 7:30 EST/12:30 GMT!

Q-MOAR QUESTIONS!!!
A-If you guys have any other questions, just post in the thread and I'll try to answer them.

Alright guys, Klonoa here, I'm going to help out you all on the Game Night! If you have any questions, fire at me or Ryan!

No date as of now has been confirmed when we will be officially trying it yet, if anyone's wondering.

Do we have to participate regularly? :) I'm all for the game night but my weeks can get busy :)

No, you don't need to participate regularly. If you get free time on the night it's on, feel free to drop in. It's welcome to everyone on SSMB :D

Update Time.

Me and three other members have been trying to work out a time to allow everyone to play. We have worked out most of the details and we've decided that we want your guys opinion. We've been thinking about 4-6pm in EST which is about 11pm in GMT which handles the U.S. and UK but the problem is we don't know if most UK users would want to play at 11pm.

As for Game Night, due to differing time zones, and too much of a time difference, Lhancat will be handling AWST time zones.

As I said, I'd like to hear your thoughts as we are almost ready for a test run, the only issue being the time.

I'm finally getting Monster Hunter 4 next week, so maybe by then we can do a test MH4 run. Would love to play Smash with you guys, let's get this show back on the road!

As Klonoa said, The first test night will be next Friday and the game will either be Smash Brothers 3DS/Wii U (We have hosts for both games) or Mario Kart 8. But again as he said, we need your support and say in this it make it a thing!

I would guess Mario kart 8 would be the best game to choose since the DLC pack 2 comes out next thursday and I'm sure most of us will be playing it a lot around the time. I know I will.

Remember guys, if you wanna submit game suggestions (We need at least a host and a few number of players that can play), enter your time zone (For better coordination), or be a host for one of the night's many game events, then go here!

Australian members, please let me know what time zone you are in! I'll be aiming for afternoon sessions since most people would be at work in the morning. Hosting times will be in AEST, but it will be a fair time for other members not in Sydney. :) I'll do my best to adjust to everyone to make this as fair as possible!

Apologies, I previously said I'd be completely up for this. I still am but I won't make it this week to due sudden arrangements. Hope all goes well though, looking forward to any future sessions.

I'd most likely be up for a test run. What are the plans for Friday?

Our test run is most likely gonna consist of Smash. If you can host a lobby for Smash U, gather up anybody interested in playing for the Community Game Night (5:30 EST) and we'll get it going!

If you have a group of SSMBers playing in your hosted lobby, invite the group into a PM discussion and begin discussing, smashing for the community game night!

We haven't fully discussed the entire plan for Friday yet, although the nights are going to mainly consist of grouping together and hosting a select few games. It's a test run, so for now we'll be focusing on Smash 4 at the moment.

As Klonoa said, it will most likely be Smash for the entire night. I can host either the 3DS or Wii U versions but I would prefer playing on the Wii U

Currently, I'll be hosting the Wii U version of Smash while Klonoa will be hosting the 3DS version.

yeerp! If ya wanna play Smash 3DS on the Game Night, give me a holler! If more than 3 people join I'm going to need additional hosts to set up their own games

Hey guys, worse case scenario I won't be able to host it at 5:30, since between 5:30-6:30 is the time I have dinner. I'll try to see what I can do about that, but otherwise I'll be hosting our matches much later. I'll give you more details later. PM me if interested for Smash 3DS on the SSMB Test Run! Could also use a host to help me out while I'm eating dinner at that period too

Ok, I'm the co-host for the 3Ds version to help out with Klonoa's inconveniences.

I'll also be taking requests from people who want to play the 3Ds version tomorrow at 5:30 est.  :D
