Sure maybe it got way more attention than it deserved, and I get it a lot of us (Including me) have watched it so many times, but I really don't care what I watch with you guys unless we all have a great time. From what I can tell, only a minority actually enjoy the film here on SSMB so I don't know how Frozen could've garnered so many votes. Certainly looks like something fishy is going on. Don't even bother giving me that "there are 100 active users on the board!" bullshit, because I know that's not the case. Willsy Posted March 22, 2015 Share Posted March 22, 2015 In my opinion, Frozen isn't a bad film in the slightest, it's actually very good. However, compared to Wreck It Ralph, it felt like it was very lacking and by the numbers thanks to the second half of the film. That, and I think the ridiculous amount of mainstream hype has probably spoiled the film a bit for me. But yeah, Frozen versus Wreck It Ralph? Ralph, no contest. On one hand Frozen had a lot of votes on both polls consecutively whilst on the other hand Big Hero 6 jumped from 17 votes to 50 within around 3 hours and then the poll was suddenly ended. I really want to thank you all infinitely for coming and keeping movie nights alive for all these months, hosting movie nights is something I look forward to doing every Saturday, and you guys are a great part of the reason why they're so enjoyable! One of my ideas was where I could make a Google Doc with all the choices, and when I link it in the statuses you guys can say which film you want. As I proposed above, from now on I'm making Google Docs listing all the choices for a specific theme, and there'll be a status update made by me where you can say which film you want. I'll be tallying all the votes, and the winning movie will be announced on Friday. I changed the hyperlink for Cartoon Movie Adaptations to the document I mentioned, but I'll just put it here just in case.
