Undocumented changes
- The Barely-Melted Capacitor is now equippable by all classes.
- New hashes added in the schema.
a Star shaped Bird told me that this has the effect of creating a message when you High Five someone who also has the Capacitor equipped, they are being collected here

I just realized that those tanks are blue. Could this mean the tanks DON'T belong to Gray, but in fact, THE ENGINEER! And the tanks are in fact drilling machines to dig up the Australium!...our very own Dell Conagher (that's the Engineer!) knows where the caches are!
Oh, and now some mysterious unmarked carrier tanks are encircling RED and BLU's battlegrounds.

This is very plausible. We have seene evidence the MvM update will have "waves," among many other things.TF2 horde mode incoming.
Since this is all likely connected to that update, I think this is a good time to remind everyone of the crazy sound file names from an update months ago.
