Dudes, do you know what is so awesome?

That you guys are planning something like this. Seriously, it may seem like a little thing to anyone else, but for me this is what it's all about. It might be taking SoS to allow for so many people to congregate at the same place, but the fact that other fans are planning meets and shit on their own... it's awesome to see.

Again, really wish I could be joining you the night before. I have plans though, as mentioned. I just wanted to give you all the ol' two thumbs up.

Thats ok, you would have probably found it wierd anyway, we've spent so much money on the Dread shrine that when it comes to the moment where we dance around it naked and throw dirt over it whilst chanting "There are no cheats for Sonic 06." It'll be like you're there anyway!

Allrighty, Friday afternoon, I'm probably going to look into this arcade and possibly see about popping over there about 3Pm-ish, this gives time for a good couple of hours fun before heading off to shephards bush for 7-ish, it also means people can mess around untill then if they want to come.

Friday's a little bit tenative for me, as I will be picking up my compadré Angelgotchi from the station, and she will probably have had to have dealt with a day's work as well as travel and may well want to rest up beforehand, which is totally understandable~!

What I found somewhat humourous is that I mentioned going to Wetherspoon's a week or so ago, and everybody was a bit "Eh".

Kevin mentions it, and everybody's like "YEAH LET'S DO IT!!"

I think it had more to do with "Will there be anyone there besides me" but now that lots of people are seriously going to go we're all a bit more yay woo... I think if someone suggested now "What about pizza hut" part of us all would go YAY!

I only brought up Weatherspoon as a suggestion since it was close in the area. If anyone else has another suggestion as far as where to go for the dinner, then feel free to bring it up. It doesn't have to Weatherspoon after all if most people don't want to go there. It should come down to where we all want to go.

Oh yeah, I agree by all means. I'll more than likely go to Wetherspoons regardless cos I can get sausage, chips and beans for under a fiver, and I'm gonna need food before I meet up with you lot

As Dredz said, i'm glad people are coming together and organising their own meetups around the event.

07:00-07:30 Friday - Starbucks Coffee (London Victoria Train Station)
07:30-08:00 Friday - Purchase Oyster card, have a look around, decide on actions.
08:00-09:00 Friday - travelling about to destination <x>

15:00 - Head to hotel, see if i can drop things off, then proceed to arcade
15:30 - 17:30 - Arcade funs
17:30 - 18:00 - head to shephards bush, towards the hotel where peopel will be meeting at 7, prepare and wait for people to arrive.
19:00 Friday - Food and drink funs.

Saturday: - Summer of Sonic.

Sunday - As of yet unplanned, departing London at 23:45.

I don't know what Friday looks like for me (Since I might actually be in Scotland on Thursday) but I might also be up for the arcade in the afternoon. My only questions is where is this arcade?

I just have to say also that London is amazing. I have been visiting buildings and monuments that are century's older then my whole country =-P it's a bit humbling.

Well, it looks like a fairly big group of us may be at the Trocadero at around 5pm on the Friday. It's really easy to find... It's right on top of Piccadilly Circus tube station! There is a second arcade called Namco Station that's by Embankment/Westminster, but I personally prefer the Trocadero as it's bigger and has more of the things I play. Only downside is it's a lot busier and there can be quite a wait for the popular machines.

Glad that you could make it, Nemain! I'm looking forward to meeting you as well.

It's possible if I get up early enough (since I was planning on getting a quick nap in after I arrive), I may be able to make a run over there and join you for a brief bit.

Edit: I missed the 5 PM part of your post Nemain, so that answer my "What time will you all be there?" question.
