Right now I'm listening to a track off the debut album, LUN, from Serbian female-fronted, progressive metal band Destiny Potato. I'm in love with the release, but it's a shame that I can't buy a physical copy of it. Oh well, you should check it out if you're feeling adventurous. ^_^

I'm very excited for the sophomore album, No Sleep, from djent/metalcore/progressive metal band Volumes. It's been almost three years since their debut dropped, and I can't wait to hear more music from them. I'm not very happy with the lyrics off their new song "The Mixture". I don't know why, but their lyrics are far less cryptic here than on their debut. Now they're just simply in your face with what they want to say. There's no ambiguity or mystery here. I don't like that so much. It might be honest, but it's still uncomfortably blunt.

Anyway, I love these instrumentals. I know the new album will have clean vocals, but this doesn't have them. I may not like the lyrics all that much, but I love to hear that eight-string guitar roar. These grooves may be a tad repetitious, but they are deep. I love it!

John Ottoman is such a magnificent film composer, keep him involved with the X-Men films as long as possible, please.

Really been enjoying this band. Only recently found out about them and I've liked everything I've heard so far, kinda takes me back to sort of a mid 90s sound that I grew up with and it's nice :>

Watched this movie last night, I really liked it. This piece of music in particular stood out to me, what a beautiful and uplifting end credits theme.

Rainy Mood with just about any song from Cowboy Bebop is the perfect ailment to any depression.

This is my favourite track from DKC2, and this is a very good modern version of that track, staying quite true to the original. This song has been on my mind throughout this entire day, so I decided to actually listen to it now, so my brain finally would stop playing it back for me by memory. Oh, the memories of blasting through floating barrels high up in the sky, surrounded by thorny plants ... Love them levels.

I once thought that it was near impossible to do metal covers of Touhou music, but I guess I was wrong. This is pretty badass.

This is like my first time listening to Bohemian Rhapsody in full.... over, and over, and OVER! It really fits my attitude and statement on life quite a bit, and paired up with Cowboy Bebop, it makes for a fantastic AMV. I can totally see why this is considered one of the greatest tracks of our generation.

The UK entrants in 1984 got a very unexpected reaction from the crowd in the auditorium. They were booed.

I decided to hunt down the music the BBC seems to use in all their Brazil 2014 ads after really digging it every time it came on TV.

Didn't know Alex Clare was in it! Added bonus =)

An instrumental version of this came up on my Pandora not long ago, I love the beat. :)

Couldn't find one of just the instrumentals on YouTube though.
