Now I can see why Nintendo Power loved these (despite they being biased for Eggman, which I wholeheartedly approve of.) My, can Eggman be comically honest at times.

Unfortunately, they do not. 8( They play as 3D sounds in the levels and you can hear them at certain specific points- they're not random.
