Doctor MK
Either that, or fate really likes you. Yep, it's divine intervention. The powers above evidently do not want me to get this game, and who am I to question their almighty judgement? I've put the money towards a rather interesting book about writing instead. Methinks it will be infinitely more useful.
Glenn
Yep, it's divine intervention. The powers above evidently do not want me to get this game, and who am I to question their almighty judgement? That's another topic of conversation entirely. I've put the money towards a rather interesting book about writing instead. Methinks it will be infinitely more useful. If only more people were like you... Seriously, all criticism of the videogame and those buying it, totally in jest. I can appreciate the rarity value of such a limited release, and I hope you all get filthy rich from future eBay sales (and not just filthy from buying a sex game).

Marcello
It's also for only 12 and up here, too I haven't seen any whining about it, though. Although, I don't visit any German video game forums that much.

-Mark-
Bring it to SoS and we'll have a sexy party corner I'm so totally making my own SoS this year so people who don't want to go anywhere near this game have another option. D: So what if I won't have Crush 40 or anything else? I'm sure my SoS will have more attendees. Maybe. =< Edited March 10, 2011 by -Mark-
Badnik Mechanic
The Ubisoft We Dare fail machine is in full swing again today. We Dare has now been banned again. Only this time it's been banned from the internet! PEGI, the body that gives ratings to all games has demanded that Ubisoft pulls all adverts of the game from the internet... the reason being... the ads do not "accurately reflect the nature and content of the product and it misleads consumers as to its true nature." Ubisoft has 3 days to comply or else it will face a fine *Sits by the door waiting for his copy to arrive*

And yes it is a UK version. lol now do I play it and hang my head in shame when people look at my trophy list, or keep it sealed for when it becomes a rare game due to lack of availability? lol oh lord... Detective Shadzter
Woah, that was really quick to say you only ordered it yesterday and had it sent out yesterday, too. I've never used CoolShop before, but I'll definitely give them a try in the future. lol @ the pics EDIT: It uses Adobe Flash?
Dobkeratops
Can we get a let's play on this? lol now do I play it and hang my head in shame when people look at my trophy list, or keep it sealed for when it becomes a rare game due to lack of availability? DO EET EDIT: It uses Adobe Flash? Actually, a lot of games use Flash code for menus and shit. Most of them don't credit it on the back.

Badnik Mechanic
lol the game has a HD install. these are two of the characters in the game... Female characters: The pin up: Heads all turn as she passes by. She's naturally 'gifted' and so easy on the eyes... Male characters: The handyman. (Lol what!? Could this be anymore a stereotype porno?) Uh oh... this isn't a good sign. The game has crashed on the install.... Edit: Ok this is NOT a good sign, the game has crashed on the install in the exact same place. Edit 2: Ah it's working now. For some reason it freezes at 37% for a number of min and then just loads up normally. Edit 3: And now the game has crashed at just after the title screen.... We Dare gameplay update: I Promise you I am not making this up.... The motions they make you do with the Wiimote are shocking like... well... how should I put this... you know how channel 4 sometimes does those TV shows which are about improving your sex life? *Nods* Edit: The first mini game has madde me want to get a shower and scrub myself until the shame washes off. Detective Shadzter
My copy has arrived today from GAME. I've known GAME to be quick with deliveries, but I've never had something delivered the next day via free delivery. Just going to give it a try now. What's funny is that my wife's at work, but our friend is here. I doubt she'll want to play though XD
Badnik Mechanic
Just had a play for about 10 min... here are my thoughts. Theres a lorra lorra loading screens and menus! So many menus before you can even get into an actual game, and the shortest game session is 30 min!!! Well you can select from some of the pre-set characters, and they're a right sexy bunch... the clown... Although you can make your own character, I picked a female first of all... and here she is! I even named her. You know how on MW2 when you die a fact of war comes up? Well We Dare also has facts and interesting bits of trivia for you, and remember, this game is suitable for 12 year olds... Here is the first fact I got when playing the game. There we go, I expect to see questions like that on all the 12 year old english exams. Of course, We Dare uses motion control... and what better motions than various motions that are similar to... urm... those from madame palm and her 5 lovely daughters. And of course, We Dare is a very tiring game, as demonstrated by the character on the XMB menu. I like the icon for the trophies... I love heart wearing panties. What will Ubisoft think of next? Detective Shadzter
Wii version works fine with no problems at all like you've had with the PS3 version, Hogfather. Just played 30 mins on bronze with a guest female character and my god is this game embarassing There's even a mini-game where you're caught cheating and have to escape The facts that pop-up between games are funny and so are those odd qestions the game asks you between loading screens coming out of a mini-game. As for loading screens, I agree with Hogfather, they are plentiful and annoying. You can tap A to light up the game's logo during the loading screen if that's entertaining to you though Most fun mini-games I've played so far seem to be the quiz rounds, but I enjoy the Buzz! series on PS2, PSP and PS3 anyway Oh, and I like how the game doesn't tell you you can't unlock stuff with guest character's until after you've played a full game with them. /sarcasm

Detective Shadzter
Just played a half hour game with the friend I mentioned in my last post. We made a custom game and avoided the category labelled 'naughty' Was actually quite fun playing it with someone else. The only 'interaction' mini game we played was one where you balance the controller between eachothers cheeks and steer a wheel on a train track into the letter O space in the word Love, which we failed at Another mini game had my friend blind folded while I told her what actions to do, which would be reflected on screen with her avatar (lol dominance) We played some quiz rounds and dancing type mini games, too. In the end I won and the game told us that we're compatible and we should experiment together and then cuddled our avatars up together

This game makes you rub cheeks with people? Another mini game had my friend blind folded while I told her what actions to do, which would be reflected on screen with her avatar (lol dominance) 0_0 You blindfold your friends and make them do... whatever the heck you want them to do!? the game told us that we're compatible and we should experiment together and then cuddled our avatars up together The game tells you to more or less cuddle and experiement physically together!? OH MAN THATS WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT! I NEED ME A GAMER-GIRL! A GAMER-GIRL! GAMER-GIRL! GAMER-GIRL! I NEED ME A GAMER-GIRL! A GAMER-GIRL! A GAMER-GIRL! GAMER-GIRL! GAMER GIRL! YEOWWWWW! Swiss
That sounds slightly awkward, Shadz. I'm still definitely not opening it. x) EDIT: I'm just thinking, us 3 must be some of the only people in the UK to have bought this...thing. Is that good or bad? Detective Shadzter
Oh, and before an 'interaction' type game (my name for them), like the cheek one I mentioned, the game asks the other player if they want to play this game with you
Velotix von Skruviktorrius
Confirmed: either PEGI were out of their fucking minds when they rated this game, or our rating system is fundamentally broken. lulz
Badnik Mechanic
Confirmed: either PEGI were out of their fucking minds when they rated this game, or our rating system is fundamentally broken. I think it's evident that PEGI rarely plays the games that they're sent, how they gave this game a 12 rating is a complete mindfuck. Just curious, how many games do you all own that have on the back "Sexual content" "Bad Language" "Violence" and they're rated 12 or under? To put it into perspective. I have a copy of Apache Air Assault for the PS3, it's a helicopter fighting sim, theres virtually no voice dialogue in it other than "Yes sir!" and "Taking fire" theres no cut scenes, no intros, what mission intros there are is just a wall of text. The back of this box has on it the voilence logo (the big clenched fist) and thats it. PEGI rating... 16. And whilst we're on... ... ... Excuse me *goes to check the ratings on Sonic 06 and Sonic Unleashed* Thats interesting. Sonic 06: It has the violence rating and is rated 12+ Sonic Unleashed: It has the violence rating and is rated 7+. Thinking about it, I guess Sonic 06 got the rating it did due to the more realistic environments over Unleashes cartoon nature... but Unleashed did have a global disaster in very HD setting.... ... hmmm... Hmmm... I think I might make a topic about PEGI ratings because something here is a little odd.
