^ Out of those 2, I liked Tha Styles Mix 2009.
I especially enjoyed the lyrical segment at the very end of it, where some guy sings "baby please save me", because in a personal way I can sort of relate to that.

And man, the middle of that mix was totally hillarious.:D I keep wondering about that dude with the British accent who kept looking for the cocaine dealers...
Like, is that an actual music artist from the UK who is seriously into drugs? Or is that just one of our SonicStadium Staff Members who is randomly joking around and collaborating with you out of boredom? ;)

LOL

Every song in 'Tha Styles Mix' is by DJ Darren Styles.

SONG OF THE DAY:
Owl City - Fireflies

SATURDAY:
-Monthly Prancing Skiltaire House Party-
Threw down a killer mix up until our (now monitered) 10pm cutoff. Plenty of Happy Hardcore / UK-Hardcore / Freeform / Breakbeats & Oldschool Rave.

> Got an offer from DJ Clane (Who continues to bring his CDJ's to mix with) to help Mix for him within his new Second Life Club "Murr". Still need to get in contact with him and setup Second Life for that.

MONDAY:
Second Class was canceled, so I setup my gear out in the middle of the Campus and started mixing. Someone came over and asked if I could move over near where their group was sitting. Got plenty of REP+ and a few phone numbers were given and taken, as well as a few PROMO CD's I happened to have on hand.

> Also a couple of additional $2 Theme Song Requests were paid for... Realy need to finish up those, the list is filling up quick! LOL

Still looking for work though.

Fancy stuff as always Huepow, <3. I really like Childheartedly Me, the drum beat was highly original, =O. I couldn't make anything like that, that's for sure, X_x. You've showed me Freeform Saxxcore before, but I love it, especially when that lead synth comes in later in the song.

Congrats on the Second Life Club "Murr" too, =3.

The flowing keyboard inside the Dance Your Pants Of track really had my mind soaring in wonderland through a bunch of clouds and flashing colours...
Was this your original composition or was it a mix of something by someone else?

As for Freedom Saxxcore, I think I would've enjoyed it more if it featured the soundeffects of either Guile or Ryu or of some Mortal Kombat character such as Rayden or Scorpion.

Keep up the work!

CONGRATULATIONS on your new job!!! :D It's definitely much better to be employed somewhere rather than being stranded empty-handed in the middle of nowhere.

And man, it would sure be awesome to see you collaborating with the likes of Liam Howlett someday in the future. Because based on your skills from tracks such as Dance Your Pants Of and Stufft Fox you seem to be in his league. :D

Anyways, I'll download the War Of The Elements album tonight when I come home from work.
My review/feedback should be ready during the weekend.

The weeekend is finally here, so here's my feedback...

Out of the 9 tracks in that latest album, I really enjoyed the following ones:
Violet's Theme
Surprising Event
Road To Earth

The reason why I like Violet's Theme is because it seems to sound both melancholy and cheerful simultaneously. I think that it can fit perfectly for any movie scene which features a valley with snowy mountains far away from urban civilizations, because the melody just gives off this sense of undisturbed tranquility.

The reason why I like Surprising Event and Road To Earth is because they both totally remind me of playing Sonic CD. :D

IMO, Road To Earth would be perfectly fitting for the background of a level such as "Collision Chaos" or "Quartz Quadrant".
While Surprising Event would be perfectly fitting for a showdown with Metal Sonic.

That's just how I see it, man.

I enjoyed the Beat Is Coming track because the keyboard synths in really remind me of the old Furry Adrenaline mixes that you showed like a year or two ago.
This is exactly the same pleasant sensation as those old tracks.:D

Oh yeah, and those stabbing chirps and beeps inside the intro section of the Hardbit Rocker track were fantastic! They caused me to imagine what the neurons inside my own brain must be sounding like while I ponder about a stressful social situation.
They just caused me to think about nerve impulses travelling through organs, for some strange reason.
heheh ;)

From this latest mix I really enjoyed the tracks: Can't Get Enough and Sinistar and Don't Go.
IMO they would really fit well in the background of some kind of action film.
I will search for these original tracks when I'm in the right mood and when I have the time.
Cheers!

I like that site design. And is that a photo of you over there on the right side with those bunny ears?
If you ever form a band then it would be awesome to see all the members with the same bunny ears jumping around on the stage as they jam. :D

I read those blogs, and I'm convinced that you'll be a celebrity someday, Hue. There's no reason why you wouldn't be.
I mean, you've got tons of supporters both near you and far away from you. Heck, I've even told some of my coworkers about you a long time ago.
