Sonaos

Hello! My name is Laura, but you can call me Sonaos if you wish. I currently live in Louisiana, and am working on my GED.

My Sonic-obsession began in 2004 when I was introduced to fan characters. Before then, I had played "Sonic the Hedgehog 2" on the PC as well as "Sonic 3 and Knuckles" when I was a child. I slowly got into the series and now I can't get enough of it. Over the years, I've had highs and lows regarding how much I love Sonic. For example, the Sonic Fandom is currently taking a back seat to Star Trek. I think I'll always love the blue blur, even if he isn't my number one all the time.

Although not my first Sonic fan character(my 8th if memory serves me right), Sonaos has been my main Sonic roleplay character for many years as well as the online name I choose to represent myself. He was created November 25th, 2004 as a simple and unoriginal mixture of Sonic and Chaos, hence his name. Many years later, he has evolved into a respectable original character whom I'm proud to call my own.

I joined the Sonic Stadium when I turned 13. That was.. in 2006? I knew there was something special about this place, because at the time, I usually faked my age to get into a website. But I decided to wait until I actually turned 13 to join. And so I did. Of course, I was much more immature at the time, and I got a good fussing by an admin or two. I also won the "Create a fake cheat for a Sonic game" contest with my Svend Chao cheat. I have, unfortunately, lost the hoodie I won. I'm still regretting it, though I am no longer looking to buy a new one. At least I still have everything else I won!

Of course, Sonic is not the only thing that interests me. As mentioned above, I love Star Trek. I also enjoy Pokemon, Mario, drawing, animating, and anything that involves robots beating the crap out of each other. Oh, and marine life. And dinosaurs. All made of win if you ask me.

I also LOVE cats, and want to hug every cat, and put them in a basket, with little bow ties- ... I'm just kidding. But I really do love cats. In fact, after many years of wanting a cat of my own, I am now the proud owner of a gorgeous Russian Blue kitten named Azul! She's the best.
