Okay, I'll type something better.......

Sup, I'm Chaos Warp. My first Sonic game was Sonic Mega Collection Plus, but what really got me into Sonic was Sonic Heroes, and my interest just grew and grew from there. I can enjoy all Sonic games (except Shadow and 06), for what they are, but I can still think of many ways each, "formula" can be improved. For example: I love the Adventure formula for good platforming and open-ish levels (in the first Adventure anyway), but I think it need more natural speed, better controls at high speed, and generally more refinement. I love the Unleashed Formula equally for adrenaline-rush speed and split-second decisions that do require involvement, but I think it needs more 3d platforming, less emphasis on the boost (I really don't mind the straight sections, I really don't, but I think that they are a little too shallow to be WHOLE levels, you know), and better controls at low speed.

The reasons I play a Sonic game and the things I want in one are different things. I play Sonic games for fun and unique gameplay, and what I want in them are speed and platforming perfectly balanced, and (to a lesser extent) open level design. That's why I can still love games like Unleashed (day), because while they don't provide everything I want in a Sonic game, they provide what I play them for, fun and unique gameplay. That's why I can love all the various styles of Sonic gameplay for what they are, because they (well,the good ones anyway) all provide fun and unique gameplay. I want certain things in a Sonic game, but when it comes down to it, it's about what I play them for, not what i want in them.


Other then Sonic, I like video games in general (some of my other favorite games are the Tomb Raider series, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, Super Mario Galaxy 1/2, and platformers, racers, and action/adventure games in general. Sorry, I dislike FPS's), and I also love to ski. I edit video in my spare time, and I am currently attending High school.
