The idea that Jumpman and Mario are different characters is a popular theory, but I don't think it makes any sense.
Like, Pauline states she knew Mario would remember the events of arcade Donkey Kong in Odyssey during her quiz mission. She and Mario are clearly the characters from the original game, not their descendants or something.

As for the apparent age discrepancy, it's not that hard to work out:
- Arcade-era Donkey Kong could already be an older gorilla during the events of the arcade games; just not quite Cranky's age yet.
- Gorillas age about twice as fast as humans anyway.
- Modern DK's identity is inconsistent; Sometimes he's called Cranky's son, sometimes his grandson. But if we take it as him being a grown-up DK Jr. (especially if we assume Junior is already grown in the arcade era; it's never stated outright he's a kid), then all of this is totally feasible.

The premiere for this season of Death Battle will be Ant-Man vs The Atom, so you all know.

Prepare for the next sonic game to let sonic fuse rocks to his shoes

I want to be real just for the bafflement of Konami sweeping E3.
Then again, they probably will anyway if they show up when no one else will
-
Geoff's events are like going to school to do a giant ass test then getting treated to food. Sure, some of the food isn't terrible, but most of it blends in and doesn't make the tedium any less tedious.

Another boring summer coming in hot

Geoff’s event always seems to be a prolonged talk show with only a few announcements sprinkled in throughout the month or so it’s around. Sure other companies do their own thing but it was nice having a week where you knew shit was going to happen. Now it’s just like every other part of the year, a guessing game.

What did E3 do to deserve this? Serious question. I'm not always up on updates.

Part of it comes from companies being forced to have stuff to present at E3 week regardless if they are actually presentable. Now that development cycles are murder compared to during E3's golden age, everybody's better off showing stuff off when they're actually ready to be shown. And without having to purchase and fly down to a spot at the LA CC, I may add.
When it comes to appetizing consumers on coming attractions, streaming proves less is more. They'll be plenty of bombshell announcements all through the summer, just not doing it all in one week where it became too tight a squeeze.

I never learned the homing attack tech for Frontiers, yet according to Cyberspace Challenge, I keep doing it by accident lol

The physical version of Origins Plus has appeared on AmazonUK but can't be pre-ordered yet. This sucks. In other countries you can already order via Amazon so why not in the UK?
It says temporarily out of stock, but they haven't made any stock available yet...bleh

On a side note, it’s a massive shame Chuck never gets much representation when Dead Rising appears in a crossover. For example, if Frank returned in Project X Zone 2, I could see Chuck being his partner, since they worked together in Case West.

My little bro went through the effort of putting all of the Frontiers jukebox tracks into a playlist for anyone interested in that:

Having Fuse put even more emphasis on the "ammo" mindset that weapons were given in BotW was a stroke of genius.
-
that ten minute demo for BOTW2 did more to excite me than anything else I’ve seen for the game prior
-
Huh, with the Mario movie coming to home media so soon after the actual theater release, I'm tempted to just wait it out, save money and see this sucker later.
-
Ok so no word about Headcannon's involvement in Origins Plus yet?
-
Ok, how?

Emulators themselves are technically legal. It's "stolen" roms that don't come from your own purchased games that are the actually point for legal contention.
Not that this won't stop Nintendo from potentially throwing a legal fit. It'd be amazing if they actually just take this to heart to improve their business practices.

Cookie Run is in s lots of hot water right now thanks to an upcoming update involving stereotypes and an actual literal bomber cookie

Someone decompiled the scripts for Origins. Only Sonic 1, CD and 2 though.
