When the Blue Blur and Rad Red team-up, the bad guys better watch out!

The spotlight's on the guardian of Angel Island, Knuckles the Echinda! Tasked with protecting his floating home and the powerful Master Emerald, Knuckles has encountered the worst of the worst: Rough & Tumble, Neo Metal Sonic, and even Dr. Eggman!

With nothing but his powerful fists--and maybe some help from the likes of Sonic the Hedgehog, Miles "Tails" Prower, and Blaze the Cat--Knuckles has beat them all back to protect not just his island, but the whole world!

I wonder if it has something to do with the Knuckles Paramount+ show. Because Sonic the Hedgehog: Sonic & Tails: Best Buds Forever was somewhat of a tie-in to the second Sonic movie.

I'm still wondering about when that Knuckles TV show is supposed to come out.  Also, do you think that they might have a Tails Greatest hits somewhere down the line?

It'd make sense for it to be a tie in, but at the same time we know so little about 'Sonic: The Series' currently that I feel like it's too early to call it a tie in thing

The Sonic & Tails one from last year WAS the Tails' greatest hits.

So the next one will probably be Shadow next year to tie into the 3rd movie.

Unfortunately, Shadow hasn't been in many issues, because of SEGA's mandates regarding the character.

Shadow was recurring enough in the first two or three years of the book (far more than Knuckles) and is appearing in upcoming issues that that is a non-issue.

Shadow has literally been in more issues than Knuckles has.

Sega never demanded the character appear less, they just, going by Ian Flynn's past remarks, are particularly weird and controlling about Shadow's characterization in this version for whatever reason that using him is too much of a hassle so they reduced how often he shows up. They don't use him frequently because the book would never come out on time, and that's actually a perfectly reasonable thing to consider and plan around.

I love the fact that Rough & Tumble just keep popping out in almost every mini-series / special issue.

Not even Knuckles can escape from the skunk bros.

Neo Metal: Same amount: 1 issue, 1 cameo, climax. Wait, Knuckles also is in the epilogue in #12.

Metal Virus: Shadow has one issue before going Zombot. Knux Doesn't get his own issue but is in 3 (and gets to punch Shadow). Both are in #32

Eggman Legacy: Shadow is in Chao Races (but is squeezed with like 9 characters) and Knuckles gets FCBD and the Annual story.

    It's not THAT much more.

Who knows? SEGA is hardly consistent with their decisions and rules, so maybe the mandates might change.

Oh this is cute!!  I'm behind though; did they ever do a Greatest Hits for Tails?

The Sonic & Tails one last year was pretty much that.
