  • Play Sonic Adventure 2 at California Beach Bash

    Sonic is giving the annual California Beach Bash a little extra street cred this year, as the skating and outdoor sports event will have a bunch of Dreamcast kiosks loaded with copies of Sonic Adventure 2 ahead of its June 19th release.

    The 3rd California Beach Bash, sponsored by Mervyn's, is a four-day event featuring Volleyball tournaments and special extreme sports challenges, such as bicycle stunts, skateboarding and inline skating. With Sonic wearing SOAP Shoes to grind on rails in Sonic Adventure 2, SEGA's sponsorship of this festival seems like a pretty good fit.

    The show will take place between June 7th until June 10th, and all you need to do is head to a SEGA kiosk during the day to get your hands on the game early.
