You might have heard about Nokia making a mobile phone that doubles as a handheld game console. It sounds like they're serious about making it a success, because SEGA has committed to making a Sonic game for the device. It will be called 'Sonic-N'.
Not much is known about the project, following the report from Gamespot, but we do know that the game will "enable you to use Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Amy" as playable characters.
SEGA has also confirmed that they are making Virtua Tennis, Puyo Puyo, Super Monkey Ball and Sega Rally games for the N-Gage. Sounds like the company's plan to make a big splash in the mobile gaming scene is starting to come to fruition.
