  • DiC Reportedly Working on Releasing Sonic SatAM DVDs in UK

    Remember when DiC announced plans to re-release the Sonic SatAM cartoon series on DVD? Well, that was for the US. But recent developments have suggested that there is an effort to finally get these DVDs out in the UK as well.

    A DiC representative - who works in the Home Video department - responded to an email from Sonic HQ news poster 'Red Dreaded' confirming that the company is "working on getting Sonic released on DVD in the UK" and "hope to have it available for purchase very soon."

    Not exactly sure-fire proof that it's happening, but it certainly seems like there's a legitimate interest by DiC in releasing these in the United Kingdom. We'll keep a close eye on developments and see if it amounts to anything.
