This will probably be the last time I talk about this for a while... but I'm glad I'm not working at Disney anymore. Yeah, it kind of sucks that I can't get into the parks for free and I don't have my good healthcare anymore... but I'll gladly leave those behind for the sake of my mental health.

During my time there, I felt nothing more than just a tool that just kept the park and the hotels running. The managers gave us a bunch of tasks that were impossible to do in one setting, I always felt like I was being judged by my managers and co-workers, people who were straight up bullies would be ignored by the higher ups and were instead rewarded for treating the guests well.

And as of recently, I have a relative who worked there who was forced to take two weeks off due to a co-worker having covid-19 (My relative is fine thankfully). And guess what?  They're not being paid throughout.

I know Disney has been doing some scummy stuff lately... but I think my time working there was what really made me lose some respect for the company.
