  1. Hahahaha, boy, Sonic talking about how cool the developers are over the credits for Chronicles is pretty depressing in hindsight.

      Lol whoops. Especially with that massive sequel hook they set up.

      I genuinely really enjoyed Chronicles, and had no idea about any parallels to Archie Sonic at the time. The game's development was hit hard by the EA takeover of Bioware - for months it was unclear if the game might be cancelled, and it obvious just how rushed the development was when half of character profile pictures use low quality screenshots from Sonic X and the rest use original art. Many even have low quality dithering that you get from saving a gif in old versions of MS Paint. Then there's the music too, which was in large ripped straight from vgmusic.com. Gameplay was repetitive and sometimes broken in the battle system. It just kind of sucked. The game was way worse than it should have been.

      I would argue characters "discussing" the credits is a really dumb concept, even in good games.
