Of all the bad takes I've seen, people arguing that we're morally obligated to see the Sonic movie if we said anything bad about design is among the dumbest.

God, people are so annoying sometimes...
What part of “if you don’t want to see it, don’t see it; if you do want to see it, go see it” is so hard for some folks to understand? People aren’t even obligated to follow Sonic as a whole, let alone watch the movie...

Like, I wasn't even saying the design should be changed. I made fun of how bad and awful I thought their original design was, sure, but I never once said "Change it", I probably wouldn't like the movie regardless of what design they used. Classic, Modern, Boom, whatever the hell it is they were going for with the movie, doesn't make a difference to me. It's...basically the entire concept of the movie that's the issue with me.
