  7. Is the Persona 5 anime worth watching?

No. It's pretty bad, and doesn't add much.

Watch it if you want, but it's a watered down version of P5.

You're better off playing Persona 1

It's fine. To call it bad I think would be to have it miss basically every mark possible, which I think is an exaggeration. The animation isn't that great, but it does bullet point stories, and the characters are fine. Even fixes a moment in P5 that the game sucked at. If you like Persona 5 it's an alright alternative. If you have the game and currently running through it pretty much is unneeded.

Really it depends on your free time. You could do better, but if you got nothing better to do you can check it out for fun. Kinda like how I check out OPM2. It's very much inferior to the first season but I still enjoy the characters and story anyways, even if the animation isn't as good.

I haven't seen it myself so I won't speak to its overall quality but simply going off of the few scenes I have watched like this golden sequence here...

      Spoiler

um... as long as you're not going into it expecting quality animation or anything

ah that's a shame, I'd like more P5 in my life. Maybe I'll check it out some time anyway
