And thank goodness Sina didn't make Iceman "too gay" that would be awful...good god.

@KHCast Marvel didn't have Sina Grace's back when he was working on the Iceman book, and had to endure countless taunts on social media without their backing. Him and his book were being treated as a shameful family member. Dude got in trouble by marvel for getting press from the Washington Post, and had to seek permission to promote the book, yet none of the straight members had to.

He credit's Axl Alonso (former EIC) for giving his book some extra legs, but when he left the book was dismissed, yet it sold and found a voice which Marvel didn't get what made the book a hit, and didn't ask what Axl did: "What do you think landed with readers", and then there's talk of more shade and a corrupt manager.

Hmm. He seems to say at the end he feels none of this to him was discrimination. That’s...strange, considering he literally brings up how he was treated differently from his straight co-workers about certain things. I wonder if that’s him legally trying to save face, as discrimination accusations against a corporation usually are hard to prove, and can actually land the accuser in hot water for “slander”.
