Jason (Staff of sonic stadium who went to E3) said that the laser wisp will be the first one you get and you get him in tropical resort then you go sweet mountain where you unlock the drill wisp. in addition at 0:40 of this video you can see a ground and not a place to fall into the place you need to use the drill : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZaT7sFr6udM their is ground all over up the pipe line to prevent you from falling.

The Wii Sells better when you make a casual gaming game that both adults and kids could enjoy which exactly colors was and sonic unleashed on wii sold 1 millions and a half. the hedgehog engine even cost sega a lot , the hedgehog engine is capable of doing CGI Like Graphics. don't be surprised when i tell you that every xbox360 sonic unleashed cut scene (Except the opening i think) is rendered in real time so that cost sega a lot , because they hired people much like pixar to make several CGI Clips and Calculate the Codes needed to Render those Over and over to make an engine that is capable of doing those CGI Graphics. in an interview , it was said by the creator of the hedgehog engine that they hardly put it in a DVD Disk and the hedgehog engine cost them a lot The other thing the hedgehog engine does is that it loads the stage while you are playing meaning it keeps loading while you are running too fast , loading those CGI Like Graphics. But Hi that cost them a lot , and that is why their is a PS2 Version lazy ported to Wii. to be able to pay for the cost for this very high hedgehog engine. PS2 = Cheap development cost say 6-5 million - Wii Port = Profit - 360 = biggest effort - PS3 = 360 port PS3/360 Version of unleashed = half million sales Wii version = 1 and half million sales and their plan succeeded (i think). but any ways iizuka who suffered while creating the day time levels of unleashed (360) is producing sonic colors and possibly level designing.
  3. I think he means that its not a dark story line while trying to beat eggman (no shadow no chaos...etc) much like the classics he doesn't mean the script would be like sonic heroes he just means the story line is as thin as heroes

Ah , well the game is called sonic colors for a reason. its not aimed to be unleashed day time levels the devs like the colors power up idea and they want fans to accept it but so fans wouldn't complain they made it optional. easy they want to satisfy every one Hence "Satisfy both worlds" satisfy the colors power up concept (i.e developers concept) and the sonic fans. the developer them self who want colors power up (HENCE Title) but with the title , they are trying to satisfy every one and trying to make a new fun way for sonic without some one complaining if not Liking Them. developers and producer wants the colors power up but fans might like it and others might disagree. but even then colors power up are necessary to 100% complete the game and make it even more fun so non-wisp users will miss a lot of fun without wisps specially all they got to do is Run and quick step and jump and boost so kind of people who are so insisting on playing unleashed day time levels styles i think they are going to be bored and i think the level design (without wisps) wouldn't be the issue. in the end fans would end up using wisps any ways , it brings a lot several short cuts (according to producer interview at sonic stadium) and a lot of secret to unlock.

Yeah , some one from SSMB said that he played the game at E3 And when he was surprised to beat the boss in 3 hits and a developer told him that the boss was taken this way to keep it in taste in E3. so the ranking system might not be completed too. well , it looks like izuku is treating the game as a major sonic title and its getting a little attention from the fans but More excitement of this title over sonic 4 episode 1.
