  1. Wow. Starlight Carnival is bad.

Sonic Forces is when Sega decides to make Starlight Carnival into an entire game

@Sean No kidding. I had that exact thought when playing through Act 4:

A lot of Starlight Carnival just plays itself, or is just made up of the most bland 2D platforming imaginable. It's a sad step down from Sweet Mountain, which is genuinely decent enough, and I'd forgotten about that.

My problem with Starlight Carnival is mainly how most of it takes places inside a warehouse looking area rather then the dazzling areas outside

Starlight Carnival is easily the worst zone in the game. Only has two big acts instead of 3? Check. Plays itself a lot? Check. Boring warehouse looking levels taking up most of the stage? Check. Worst zone music? Check.

I thought I was playing Sonic Colors, but it turned out I was just playing Sonic & All Stars Transformed on the Starlight Carnival track

Yeah, revisited Colors recently. Had the same thoughts. I finally know why I never liked that stage.

Goddamn AWESOME setpiece on the outside sections that is absolutely ruined by the inside warehouse parts.

Galactic Parade did Starlight Carnival more justice than the original stage itself.

      Starlight Carnival is REALLY BAD.

it actually drags down the game to a screeching halt.

      I gotta replay Colors soon
