  1. While hunting for old PC Sonic games it didn't occur to me until recently just how weird Sega was with choosing which games get ported to PC in the 90s and 2000s. Sonic 3 and CD got native PC ports whereas 1 and 2 never did. SADX was ported but not SA2/B. Heroes and Riders were ported but not Shadow or Zero Gravity. And Unleashed seemed like a game that Sega would have announced a PC version alongside the launch due to the immense hype and attention they were putting on it at the time. I know 2006 explicitly had a PC port planned according to some manual ads, which I can see falling through due to the haphazard development and disastrous console release, but the other games in these eras not receiving PC versions really boggles me

      I feel like in 2008 you'd need a pretty strong PC to run Unleashed, considering it was more intensive than Generations which you also needed at least a decent system to run 3 years later
