  1. Um....so....apparently Ewan McGregor is "Proud to be in a movie tackling misogyny." (Birds of Pray.)

But information out there suggests he cheated on his wife and family of 4 kids. If that is true, then he really shouldn't be on that high horse of his.

Go look it up yourself if you want. I'm reluctant to share links on real life news because I can't tell if they are true or not, considering how sh*tty the media has been over the last several years.

At the risk of sounding ignorant, I don’t see how cheating is misogynist?

      Crappy, sure, but misogynistic?

He and Mavrakis had already separated at the time, though they weren't officially divorced until the year after. Perhaps it was because he was cheating in the first place, but if so it hasn't been said outright. (Not really anyone's business anyway if you ask me, but I guess that's celebrity culture for you.)

You would of course know all of this if you...got info from any of the news sites I found talking about this. So I'm curious, which Youtuber did you get this from?

Wait I thought we weren't allowed to use call-out culture to dismiss everything a person has ever done in the past because that's reactionary cancel culture that just tries to find flaws for the latest public scapegoat

Hang on, it's because it's highlighting that this person's known flaws are equally as bad as the injustice he claims to be fighting against, therefore we should ignore all these issues just to spite him, or because it's proof the world is equally messed up and not worth paying this much attention to as that one person plays it up to be, right? kk cool, I thought you were using it in it's usual format: calling out the known hypocrisy from a person who otherwise is considered or pretends to be an arbiter of good, and highlighting more of the injustices in the world that need to be fixed as a result of said callout, rather than leaving them ignored like those people do. Now that'd be just plain wrong.
