    Yknow, despite what I was saying about Dragon Quest earlier, personally speaking I’m honestly not really that interested in checking out the series still. Guess I’m just jrpg’d out but DQ never seemed to stand out much to me. Always seemed pretty safe whenever I saw it. Plus the whole music issue has me all the more put off buying the games. I’ll get the character in Smash since he looks fun, but that’s probably it

      IMO, it plays it safe, but it's consistent in its quality, at least. It's more of a character and story driven series instead of a gameplay/setting focus, which is not for everyone.
