  1. Hard Mode is simply too much to do what I need to do in Radiant Dawn. Gonna have to go down to Normal or Easy Mode to get the Soren conversation :X

  2. I think the reason some people are concerned with the c/p of the classic stages in Generations 3DS is because that with all the Genesis being consistently rereleased as ports on the Wii, GCN, PS2, PS3, XBox, and DS, the stages are still fresh in our minds and that this seems redundant. Am I in the ball park?

      Yes. Also, it's lazy.

  3. Playing Paper Mario after who knows how long. Sad thing is that I left off at Tubba Blubba's chapter, which, after the Dry Dry Ruins chapter, is my least favorite chapter of the bunch. Got a loooong way to go until I hit the Crystal Palace X_X

  4. Rumored list of games for the Ambassador Program. Take it with a grain of salt. http://nintendo3dsblog.com/nintendo-confirms-all-nes-and-gba-games-for-ambassador-program-along-with-release-dates

  5. A lot of people have remixed the final boss theme in Bowser's Inside Story, but hardly anyone remixed the regular boss theme, and no one has remixed the Princess Peach's Castle Interior theme. It makes me pretty sad. :(

  6. Man, forget Bowser X. Madame Broque's Bob-Omb Blitz challenge is easily the hardest challenge in Bowser's Inside Story.

  7. Man, it sure is boring around here. And I still have a nine days to go before I go to college again. What to do, what to do...play through all my Sonic games, all my RPGs, and watch all nine seasons of DBZ, I guess.

This free time is what I strove for in the first two weeks of it. Now it's just getting dull.

  8. Darn you SSMB, I was psyched for Generations and how each stage would work and be remade. But now seeing the Sonic Heroes stage topic has gotten me to look at all the stages in hindsight and put me in an apathetic mood toward the game. D:

That's why I've scaled back my posting in the Sonic parts of the forum since like '09 or so.

      DC111

Perhaps not all the best choices were made regarding levels, but at the end of the day I'm still gonna squeal with excitement when I play all those levels remade in HD. Generations is gonna be awesome.

This list was my dream list. So I am really hyped! But where is my Final Rush D: Its probably location of certain boss battle that we know.

  9. I want to make sure I have this right. Apatos = Scotland/Wales or Greece, Spagonia = Venice, Holoska = Arctic, Mazuri = South American jungles, Shamar = Egypt, Chunan = China/Japan, Empire City = NYC, and Adabat = Australia? These levels ignited my admiration for landscape murals, so I want to get murals depicting these level's inspirations.

    1. Glenn

      Glenn

Apotos = Greece, Spagonia = Venice or general European cities, Holoska = the Arctic Circle, Mazuri = Africa, Shamar = Egypt or the Middle East in general, Chun-Nan = China, Empire City = New York City and Adabat = Thailand.

    2. sjmaster92

      sjmaster92

I'm pretty sure Shamar is based on the Middle East, Mazuri is based on Africa and Adabat is based off Thailand. And Spagonia def isn't based off of Venice.

    3. Glenn

      Glenn

Well... Venice, minus the canals! I think 'tis meant to capture the general spirit of Italy and the surrounding European nations, really, and doesn't hit anywhere specifically (unlike Empire City, for example, which is just New York City, hands down).

    4. Blue Blood

      Blue Blood

You're way off with some of these o_O

Apotos = Mykonos, Spagonia = not sure, but the flag is similar to San Marino, Holoska = Arctic, Mazuri = Great Mosque of Djenne, Shamar = Jordan, Chun-Nan = Great Wall of China, Empire City = NYC, Adabat = Angkor Wat, Eggmanland = Disney's Evil Empire.

    5. -Robin-

      -Robin-

Heh, the Middle East barely registered a blip when I played the level, but now that you two mention it, it makes more sense. As for Adabat, I immediately thought of the Philippines when I submitted the status, and that would make more sense alongside Thailand. I guess I just wanted South America and Australia to be represented in some way since the other continents were. Thanks!

    6. Blue Blood

      Blue Blood

It's worth looking up some of those similarities, especially The Great Mosque and Angkor Wat. They're really cool places IRL. Anybody else got a better idea about where Spagonia is based on? San Marino is only so much...

    7. -Robin-

      -Robin-

Damn Blue Blood, you went into deep specifics XD. I'll check some of those out, I've never even heard of Mykonos and Ankor Wat. Thanks for the detail!

    8. Blue Blood

      Blue Blood

Oh right, should mention this. Game files refer to Spagonia as "Europe", Apotos as "Mykonos", Shamar as "Jordan" and Mazuri as "Djenne", so those ones are confirmed.

@ Indigo: Certainly looks like it, and the rest stereotypical Italy. San Marino has this though: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Basilica_di_San_Marino_(2).JPG

  10. Super Sonic is faster than Sonic many times over. Sonic can run fast enough to travel through time, ala Sonic CD. So does Super Sonic make time bend over backwards and sideways or something?

    3. SuperClassic

      SuperClassic

Super Sonic isn't exactly faster, he just speeds up more quickly, in Sonic 2 and 3, all the characters are the same speed.

      Blue Blood

It always works fine in 2D. 3D, like in the Mazuri and Spagonia hubs, see it get annoying. And they did something to butcher it in Unleashed Wii and Colours Wii.

Well, I'm playing Wii Unleashed, so that could explain a few things. Then again, it started to work for me when I let go of the control stick while Wall Jumping, so I'm willing to blame ineptitude XD
