  1. Dragon Ball (Warning: Untagged Spoilers)

Holy shit, he's like my favourite voice actor, so I may actually watch the next dub episode.
  2. Dragon Ball (Warning: Untagged Spoilers)

So the character "Aniraza" mentioned in the spoilers for 121 is apparently not the Megazord, but this... The image comes from a new Heroes trailer, revealing a giant Freeza/Hatchiyack combo. So where does this come from? Paparoni is meant to show off a secret technique in that episode and Reddit mod Terez27 had this idea: Reading up on Hatchiyack (as I have not seen the movie), the theory sounds more plausible. It absorbs hatred towards the Saiyans and what better choice than Freeza?
  3. Aaaaaaaaaaaand here they are: Mmmmmm give me that juicy Blamasu double act! More scans:
  4. Dragon Ball (Warning: Untagged Spoilers)

Yeah, that was a poorly written episode. It would have made more sense for Piccolo to suss out Damon with his hearing first, before being knocked out by the invisible guy straight after. It feels like U4 was just in so Roshi would have some opponents to knock out... otherwise they were shite. The androids will probably be out next episode (or was it the one after?), given the spoilers about 'bowing' their heads.
  5. From the latest V-Jump and... iiiiiiis that fucking Black next to Beerus??
  6. Anthropomorphic Animals

As humans we love to anthropomorphise anything in order to better understand our surroundings. Look at how many people project their emotions onto pets, especially dogs, despite them likely possessing little understanding of what we feel. We've even done it to the bloody weather. It just so happens that animals are more similar to us than objects and the like and that some identify more closely with them (ie furries I guess).
  7. While Felicity is one of the worst offenders, any character in the Arrowverse can act completely off for the sake of drama. Diggle can be pretty awful at times, as could Laurel before she was mercifully written out. Cisco's anger at Barry choosing not to save his brother last season seemed out of nowhere just to insert some forced tension. The series (Flash and Arrow at least - I don't watch the others) have their good points, but they are also hard to watch at times. You never know when someone's going to break character just so they can miraculously learn a 'lesson' five minutes later.
  8. Dragon Ball (Warning: Untagged Spoilers)

Dyspo didn't appear to be as strong as Blue, as Hit really laid into him once he figured out how to fight him. Gohan might be a match for him anyway. So U4 only lasts one episode... yikes. That's a bit of a letdown. And holy shit, the spoilers really are spoiling a lot this time lol. The two lines that most caught my eye though are: - "Goku, Gohan, Vegeta, and the others use their hands to shield themselves from the intense light, and 17 and 18 bow their heads." Were you right, @Lord Lavender (Ogilvie)? Imagine if they tag-teamed Gohan in a reference to the Future Trunks timeline! - "Staking His Pride! Vegeta Challenges the Strongest!!" So Vegeta fights Jiren. Normally you'd expect him to be thrown out for sure, but remember that this is Episode 122. Takahashi's (of 114) episode. With such a force of art and animation behind it, could we be seeing UI Vegeta?
  9. Dragon Ball (Warning: Untagged Spoilers)

So remember when Yuya Takahashi graced Episode 114 with his DBZ-style artwork? The fandom lamented at the possibility that we may not see him return for a long time. But wait... As AnimeAjay points out, the man is bringing his talent back already for 122. Not only that, but apparently he animated/supervised the 114 segments in just three weeks - whereas normally animators are given eight. So could this mean he has more than twice as long this time? And how awesome will it be with any extra time, let alone that much?? And what is so important about 122 that Takahashi has been given work on it? We have U4 striking in 119 with their remaining fighters and I imagine that their little saga will end by then (unless the bugs fuse or Shantsa really is a Janemba clone). So will we finally get a full-on serious Vegeta fight? Or maybe Gohan? Freeza? Or are Goku and Jiren back in play?
  10. Batman Ninja (CG Batman anime film, 2018) "Holy takoyaki, Batman!"

Wow, this at the very least looks fucking immense. I hope they fully embrace the ridiculousness of the premise, because this could be a really fun story.
  11. Dragon Ball (Warning: Untagged Spoilers)

Spoilers confirmed that Goku blasts "Zarbuto and co" from the ring, which must mean all three remaining U2 warriors. As for U4; I hope not. I want the bugs to eliminate one, if not both, of the androids as 17 and 18 have had a very good run and it's about time U7 lost some more contenders. For Quitela's to hide (or evade a ring out in Shantsa's case) until now, just to get thrown out soon after, would be incredibly disappointing.
  12. Dragon Ball (Warning: Untagged Spoilers)

A bigger problem in this arc is that so much focus is on Goku, at the expense of everyone else. I expected to see more of him but with the team being hyped up so much, I thought at least a couple of episodes could go by without him. But nope. Anyway, with the Episode 119 spoilers mentioning a "victim" from U7 (and U4 getting serious)... I reckon it's going to be 18 after the focus she had here. As I've posted before, I think U4's two identical cicadas (who I think are a small reference to Cell) will tag team the androids. Given that they are hard to detect, they will probably give the twins a taste of their own medicine. The self-destruction move mentioned in Damon's bio could take 18 out.
  13. Dragon Ball (Warning: Untagged Spoilers)

I love that about him though. :0 It makes him far more endearing than the other Pride Troopers and especially Jiren. As for Jiren's concern about his universe... Could his meditation in the anime allow him to check in on U11? That would make more sense than considering himself above everyone else. Although, he could end the tournament quickly and get back to U11 sooner but whatever. Dragon Ball. I wouldn't be surprised if he does have the ability to leave the World of Void. If he can smash his way through time, then why not space? =P
  14. DC Extended Universe Thread | Wonder Woman | June 2nd, 2017

I don't think going with Snyder's vision in the first place was a good idea, but WB were desperate for their universe to be different to Marvel's. Speaking of him, which actors did he fall out with? I can't find anything about it.
  15. Dragon Ball (Warning: Untagged Spoilers)

I don't see any reason for the Angels (at least the ones we know of) to be up to something. Both Whis and the GP were delighted to see UI when it first showed up. If anything, I can see the GP training Goku to master it. Some Gods of Destruction may not be so happy to see him ascend so quickly though. Aside from the remaining 4 universes (which could contain any number of adversaries), there are those 6 destroyed universes as well, which could always come back. We also don't know if Goku will gain full control of UI by the end of the tournament. Him finding it difficult is the perfect excuse for the writers to turn it on and off when they want. And as you brought him up, Freeza's bound to learn it. I don't think it's coincidence that he's the one observing the battle with Kefla right now. A Sadala arc would be the perfect time for him to become a threat again.
