Honeycomb Highway:

Funny how one of the worst levels in the game gets one of the best tracks in it.

Sea Bottom Segue and Dragon Road. No other track in the game even comes close to touching those two. In a game full of sadly generic (but still good in their own right) tunes, those two stand heads and shoulders above the rest.

Kinda hard to say, but I'll go with Frozen Factory 1:

It's hard to choose a favourite from Lost World, because the style of it is generally a bit bland and none of the tracks really stand out very much at all. The quality is the soundtrack is pretty consistent with very few stinkers (although there are some, like Lava Mountain 3), but that quality is lower than most other Sonic games. All of the other choices people have put forward so far are good candidates. Like with my own choice of Frozen Factory though, they're merely good and not anything amazing.

Lots of good picks here. I think Dragon Road, Sky Road Act 1, Sugar Lane, Sea Bottom Segue are my favourite. Def agree with @Blue Bloodand @PC the Hedgehog's thoughts. Lost World's OST is not among my favourite Sonic OSTs and I feel its direction isn't what I love from Sonic's music, despite it still being a good OST in its own right. I must say though,@Strickerx5, I'll take the platforming over the gimmicky stages haha.
