  3. Good write-up, Jez. You gave your opinions to the 8-bit Sonic games. I pretty much don't like the 8-bit Sonic titles because it's hard to beat those games without cheats. But I would like to see the rocket shoes and attached springs from Sonic Chaos to return in future Sonic games.
  4. I guess this error is caused by cpkredir.dll, extracted from the cpkredir040.zip file, so I replaced with the same DLL file from cpkrdir031.zip, run SonicGenerations.exe with mods enabled and runs perfectly without error. Problem solved.
  5. First of all, I just got my new laptop (Toshiba Satellite S855D) that runs on Windows 8. It has AMD A10-4600M for the CPU and the GPU is AMD Radeon HD 7660G (which is integrated with the CPU; not dictated). Sonic Generations runs on my computer perfectly when playing with low resolutions (640 x 480, 800 x 480, 800 x 600, 1024 x 600, 1024 x 768) and details. Anyway, when CPKREDIR is enabled (which allows me to play Sonic Generations with mods), I tried running SonicGenerations.exe, and suddenly an error message shows up: That error is fixed when CPKREDIR is disabled, but I can't use the mods! Is there a way to fix that error to run SonicGenerations.exe properly with mods enabled? (If yes, can you come up with a solution?) Has anyone experienced this error mentioned above? I'm a noob BTW because I really can't figure out with the error. Thanks in advance!
  6. I played Sonic Adventure 2 on my Xbox 360, but I want to fully complete that game, if ever. One goal is to get an A-rank on all stages, but that's hard and complicated! The easiest way to get A-ranks is to watch a video walkthrough for Sonic, Shadow, Tails and Eggman stages as well as Cannon's Core (which can be found on YouTube), and read a text walkthrough for Knuckles and Rouge stages (since the Emerald shards are rearranged when restarting a stage). For newbies like me getting A-ranks on all stages, can anyone post these― where are mentioned above ― here in this topic? These are for reference at the SSMB fourms for people who have diffculties finding them online. Thanks!
  7. @luigiman202: SA2 Battle DLC is now up on Xbox Live Marketplace. For proof see the link in post #1.
  8. SA2 Battle DLC is now available on Xbox Live Marketplace: http://marketplace.x...15-d80258411202 SA2 still didn't show up the console Marketplace as it shows an error popup, so if you want it now, follow instructions here. I'm so exicited to play SA2 on Xbox!
  9. The SA2 demo is now up on Xbox Live Marketplace: http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/Product/Sonic-Adventure-2/66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d80258411202 I'm still waiting for the Battle DLC to appear there.
  10. Is Sonic Adventure 2 available now on Xbox Live Arcade? From what I searched on Xbox.com (Canadian version), it's there, but sadly it's not available for download. P.S. Why Sega include the SA2 theme for exclusively for PS3? It would be nice for that theme to be on Xbox 360, as they only include avatars. To me, the Xbox themes are the best way to customize your Xbox than the avatar items. EDIT: Never mind about the first question, as SA2 will be available on XBLA tomorrow. Does anyone know what time will Xbox Live updates for new games each day?
  11. I'm using iOS 5.1.1. The game is a hacked download. Like I said before, I had problems with music and sound effects when playing Sonic 4 Episode 2, as they stopped for about 0.5 seconds, then played for a while. They stopped and played again and again...

  13. We knew that a fictional city in Sonic Adventure 2 is based on the city of San Francisco in California. Can you guys think of any places and streets around San Francisco that reminds you of the stages and locations in SA2? In my case: the Golden Bridge reminds me of a bridge used in Radical Highway a prison in the island of Alcatraz (now a tourist attraction) reminds me of the Prison Island (where Sonic was once imprisoned there) And that's that. It's your turn now.
  14. Do you prefer Japanese or English audio in post-1998 Sonic games? For me, I liked the Japanese audio better than the English audio because the Japanese voice actors are most suitable for their characters (especially Sonic), and they're so cheesy. You may also prefer these audio languages other than English or Japanese: French, Spanish, German and Italian. Remember, this topic is for post-1998 Sonic games ONLY.
