Single Status Update
One thing I really liked from Sonic GT that I would love coming into the main games: enemies that destroy each other like the motobugs.
One of the things Sonic CD's intro showed off was just Sonic running around and letting the enemies break each other, and I'd love to do tricks like that in the main series.
Enemies could quite organically destroy each other in SA2 if you lured their fire. No automated or scripted set pieces; it was always an option. I really appreciated that functionality, even if it was rarely seen. And there's that poor Motorbug in Generations GHZ1 that will recoil and land on some spikes if he charges into Sonic.
