  1. If SEGA/Christian Whitehead did a S3&K re-release (the full lock on) with HD & Widescreen (like Sonic CD), would you buy it?

      Yeah... but I'd prefer a Sonic 2 re-release. =P

I don't want any more re-relases of classic trilogy and CD. I have my Genesis for this. They should finally re-relase SA2 though

Instead of re releasing putrid shit like SA2, they should instead re release more obscure games like Knuckles Chaotix and that Sonic Patrol Car game.

Sonic Adventure 2 receiving 9/10's out of practically all reviewers, the upgraded port was one of the best sellers on the Gamecube, and also claimed as the best 3D Sonic game is 'putrid shit'? Yeah, ok.

I think Chaotix is purid shit. And I am one of those who played it on X32!

And Chaotix was shit and is shit. And I still like SA2

I love how you completely dismissed my other two points, and made an illogical statement on just one of them. Nice argument.

Sonic Adventure 2 Battle selling so well was due to OMG WAT SONIC'S ON A NINTENDO CONSOLE THIS IS SO ODD I HAVE TO GET THIS, Reviews from 10 years ago don't mean anything today and Nostalgia makes people claim it's the best 3D Sonic of all time

How do you think SEGA feels about it huh? I don't think re-release of Chaotix would sell because it's so obscure (even you stated it) it's just an example. It's like releasing Sonic Labyrinth. SA2 will sell. No question about it.

Erm, no. Sonic Heroes and Sonic Adventure DX came out just a year later, and still Sonic Adventure 2 Battle outsold them on the Gamecube. Also you can use the 'nostalgia' card for practically anything. It doesn't work, sorry.
