Bayonetta and Vanquish got ported to PS4 and XBO like, barely a month or two ago
Banana Blitz HD was shortly before that
The entire Yakuza mainline series is available on PS4 now
Shenmue 1 & 2 both came to PS4, XBO, PC etc fairly recently
And Sonic Adventure (...DX), Jet Set Radio, Space Channel 5 and even SEGA Bass Fishing have been on PC for years now

I still haven't played the RE1 and RE2 remakes. Will do at some point.

TheOcelot reacted to Monkey Destruction Switch in Sonic Adventure 3: 10 levels overall, but you can switch between Sonic, Tails, Knuckl
Hard to imagine all those characters, in Adventure-styled gameplay, sharing the same levels and having everything make sense and be balanced. Also what Diogenes said - doesn't seem like enough levels.

TheOcelot reacted to Big Panda in This might be a good idea on how modern Sega would tackle levels in an Adventure rema
    Graphically, yes. Gameplay-wise, no.

Gens Gameplay is great for what it is but it doesn't hold a candle to Adventure Gameplay imo and it certainly shouldn't be used as a replacement for it in a remake

Get whoever did the Sonic CD stuff (both JP & US versions). I want more of that.

A problem I've seen in the last few games is Ohtani tries to do everything. Senoue had the same problem and he has gone on to say he enjoyed games where he was part of a team, rather than a solo thing.
Really, we need a wide array again. We need Ohtani, Senoue, Lopes, Tokoi and many more of the famous Sonic music team to make a full soundtrack, otherwise it'll sound samey and the team will get tired.
Just don't bring back Richard Jacques.

Mushroom Hill,Chemical Plant, Marble Garden,Ice Cap, Wacky Workbench, Stardust Speedway, Metallic Madness, And Quartz Quadrant

But I Had To Pick One Favorite It Would Be Quartz Quadrant Because It Feels Right. There Are Less Enemies And No Stupid Hazards (Like Wacky Workbench) And The Beautiful Music And Aesthetic To Top It Off.

TheOcelot got a reaction from Milo in Hmm, which classic stage had the best level design?
Very hard to pick just one.
Lava Reef, Carnival Night, Flying Battery and Hydrocity are some of my favourites but there are many more with excellent design.

TheOcelot reacted to Strickerx5 in Hmm, which classic stage had the best level design?
Studiopolis and it really isn't close for me. The ability to keep a consistent flow of speed going, no real c&p'd sections, very few stop and go mechanics; it's honestly the first real thing that gave me a sense of appreciation for classic level design.
GHZ is also pretty good too.

TheOcelot got a reaction from Monkey Destruction Switch in Wow, Knuckles Chaotix feels a LOT more fun when you're playing Knuckles. It doesn't s
Yeah, Charmy can just fly into the bosses. He's so broken, lol.
Knuckles is definitley the easiest character to use to traverse the level design (besides Charmy).
Once you learn how to use his wall-jump gimmick, it can be a lot of fun playing with Mighty.  He can jump up walls incredibly fast.
Espio & Vector have the least interesting abilities.
