  1. Nostalgia really is a powerfull tool. While I can see flaws in most recent 3D games, but also the early ones, I can't put my finger on Sonic Heroes too much and I think it's because Heroes was the first Sonic game I actually bought with my money and the first PS2 game I owned. I remember vividly the moment I put that disc on back in 2005. I love the artstyle and specially the soundtrack, and although the team mechanics are mostly gimmicky, I still have a lot of fun playing it (as either Team Sonic or Team Dark of course). It's also the last we had the Ryan Drummond, Deem Bristow (RIP) and co. cast and they're all good in Heroes.

Same happens to me with Zero Gravity and Black Knight.

Sure, the games themselves? A bit wacky.

But oh god do I love them.

Not my first Sonic games but I have so many fond memories of them that it's just too much for me to handle.

People have their fair amount of complaints about SA2, and I see them. But the game is still great in my eyes.

I can’t really recall any games that I still have a fondness for, even with how flawed they were, but I think I would probably enjoy the Finding Nemo game if I had played it again, despite its massive amount of problems.
