I don't play Sonic games to play as Sonic, I play them so I can see Tails go to school and watch Cream get roboticized.

An update on my Explorers of Sky playthrough.

I beat the main game.

I cried.

I beat Special Episode 5.

I cried.

I love this game.

I forgot to mention. This was my favourite moment of Kill La Kill. "A LITERAL *TELEPORTS BEHIND YOU* NOTHING PERSONAL KID!!!!" Like...wow you couldn't be more on the mark without just straight up saying it haha

You ever just find that one fictional  villain you haaaate so much, but they're not bad characters, but really effective villains. It's just they are everything you hate or get aggravated by, and yet incredibly effective at their job to rile up you and the protagonist.

For me that's Nui Harime of Kill la Kill easily. She is everything I hate. Everything. I hate her and everything about her. She is the literal worst. But it's not in the "Worst because they are boring or suck as characters". Rather it's they are so hatable you're right there with the characters. So much so any pain or time that villain gets any sort of moment of being upset, is pure ecstasy to the eyes and ears.
If only she had a satisfying death...the only thing missing...or perhaps just another reason to add to that hatred. You just want to say FUCK YOU...oh fuck you! Lots of villains fall into charming enjoyable villains or boring bland who cares. But rarely do you find someone you can only hate, because they're just so damn good at pissing you off like a proper villain should.

Oh....uh oh.....they're doing THAT kind of story in OK KO it seems....it could either go really well or REALLY poorly if not careful. I'm now going from cautiously optimistic to cautious.

I checked out Shadow's favourite anime, and he's right. It's pretty awesome. It has both best girl and the absolute worst girl ever...ever.....

My extremely original and unique hot take for the day is that Colors' reception really only makes sense when you compare it to turds like Secret Rings or ShadowTH, and that it was when the Sonic franchise started to play itself more like a generic platformer and started to downplay its own unique strengths.

What is it with this open mic night on the status updates? It's like the magic 8 ball of statuses XD

SGB is doing a Sonic Colors LP. I wonder how many times over it they'll reference the sudden turning against the game people have been doing, somewhat akin to the adventure series turn (Though not as severe a reception turn). I believe it was briefly mentioned in the Unleashed LP, and in the comment section quite a bit.
Now it's gonna be full throttle if the early comments aren't already a little preview. Though some are silly what with "Ruined the series"  comments which as someone who doesn't like Colors much at all would call BS on. 

I probably am a rare breed that just can't understand nor like Gon from Hunter X Hunter. He's a walking paradox conundrum that confuses me to no end.
His goals and desires are so against each other that it just feels like the world bends towards him so they can somehow work, rather than some sort of inner logic.
